The numbers are so depressing and undeserved 🙁 as a US fan I streamed over 2k times and bought 30 albums during the tracking week. I truly hope she's able to continue to get budget and opportunities despite this… I don't want to be biased but no other popstar has given me the music, the performances, and the visuals like her this era.

I kinda wish she'd give us better content to buy rather than an acapella of a song that has a really good instrumental 😭 bought it, album purchase #26 for me but it feels so empty without the outro lmao. She has all these songs locked up and even good alternate versions (loved the June Gloom outro from the release-day video posted on her social media accounts).

I'm sowwy but no TTH or video for Hot Uptown is a very real fumble. Ofc TTH isn't a guarantee to make any song a hit, they can still flop with it but I fear Hot Uptown needed all hands on deck push after how the other singles performed and it didn't get that besides Apple Music. I also asked so many camilizers to spread the word about cancelling their iTunes album preorder so they had the opportunity to purchase the song individually and no one listened 🙁

And idk I've transitioned to mostly listening to kpop and Latin music since 2020, and Camila is one of the only pop artists who can still have me love an album front-to-back. I don't know if I'm brainwashed and biased but I feel her ability to write a catchy melody is unmatched, she always engages and captivates me with her music. She deserves better than to be panned, hated intensely online, and flopping! The world is against Camila and I am against the world, the injustice is TERRIBLE. My poor meow meow.

I've been brooding over the numbers all day. Sorry but I will always care about her numbers because I believe she's too big of a talent to have peaked in her debut era, it's simply not fair 😭 I mean it makes sense why things have happened the way they did, every era has had its own mess besides debut really. Especially seeing her festival sets this era, she deserves to be performing in ARENAS. I genuinely believe her to be the most charismatic and well-rounded performer of her peers. I want to be able to see a show of hers on a big stage to fully express her vision, but I guess we will be stuck in theaters 🙁 so unfortunate.

C,XOXO is my AOTY but my main complaint is that it's way too short of a tracklist with very short songs as well 😭 she kept teasing the line "left a letter at your door signed it c, xoxo" along with so many snippets and none of which made it, so I wish whatever deluxe she's planning was just the standard version of the album.

Today's performance really became my new favorite of hers! I haven't been able to stop thinking about it all day. The album sounds amazing and I truly hope it gets the flowers it deserves. I need to experience this live in an ARENA so the gp better start tuning in! She's too talented of a performer and artist to not be dominating the world rn

Olivia had Obsessed and Get Him Back, and TBF Dua's rollout is weird so I wouldn't look toward that, and she did give These Walls some playlisting? But we know Hot Uptown plans were scrapped, and I assume they had a video ready, so I think it's more likely than not that it'll be the next single.

Ily bentley you're really funny but I think it would be best if you stop worrying so much and accept it for what it is. You're wasting a lot of mental energy on this when your complaints go nowhere. It sucks that they made a flop song the focus single, yeah, but Living Proof flopped and we still got some of her best performances for it. And I think logically Hot Uptown will be the single with the album, it's industry etiquette to push a single with an album atp and they already had everything ready for it before the beef. I do want to make it clear you're not wrong, but this is how she wants things to be unfortunately and we can't change that.

Whatever she performs isn't indicative of Hot Uptown being a single or not. She will be out of the country release week so she's doing the US promo ahead of time. Be calm

Yeah I just don't think we can debut on Billboard without pure sales I fear 😭 66 peak and falling is not promising, but hopefully over time the streaming numbers will be great and radio pushes the song on iTunes?
