It’s so funny to me how they had a section on eye health, the increasing prevalence of myopia and how we shouldn’t be looking at screens too closely… then they announce this That being said it does look very impressive and will probably look a lot sleeker in 5-10 years!

I've been obsessed with this since it came out, it's just so sophisticated and unassuming. My only real criticism is that some of the songs could have had more punch or more interesting flourishes to really take the album there, but at the same time I don't think there's many actual duds on here. Love Goes On, Intuition and Just For You have me in a headlock It's a pity about how badly they fumbled the campaign, we should have really gotten this months ago and gotten a reissue with miracle and a few bops around this time. But if there is a silver lining at all, at least there's a genuinely positive consensus around this album. Just from scrolling through forums and twitter it seems like people that don't really stan her are giving it a chance. Rebuild that fanbase queen!

Love Goes On is gorgeous

Sorry, I meant on an album scale! To me it always felt like she tried to make her “mainstream” contributions to music feel like a separate entity in her discography (EGO, Delirium & the HD repackage). Based on this album’s snippets, it seems like a smoother amalgamation of everything she’s known for.

My only real gripe with this song is the short length, an extra minute would've given it so much more breathing room and potential to shine. I really love the melodies otherwise! Either way, all of the snippets for the album are giving me a lot of hope. It sounds like she's finally striking a good balance between her pop sensibilities and her songwriter side

I was so worried for this album considering the reception, but it’s honestly bop after bop Thankfully, I also don’t really see this as a Future Nostalgia rehash? I get the similarities, but the only songs that remind me of Dua are Let Love Go and ironically, LOL nnn. I like how it also has a similar flow to High Expectations if that makes sense. Love Animal, Definition and I Love Your Girl. Can’t wait for any future droplets she’ll inevitably tack onto this!
