I don't think so, UMG, despite the name is not under the comcast umbrella. I don't think comcast/universal/nbc has anything music related they could do the back office / admin work for Kelly. I could be wrong though. Logistically I hope she does have a distribution partner at least. That would make things like physicals/vinyls/merch easier on her
