thank u guys ❤️ it’s been a wild ride for me, just like my the movie that inspired my first #1, i fell short of the big prize, but i got so much in the process, i even wrote a song about a ****ing rooster! but thank you all for all the talent you served, the judges for the praise and the constructive criticism, and i’m rooting for everybody left, and everyone who left before me till the next season babes ?

so a lot of good things happened: 1. my friend is fully recovered from last weekend’s accident 2. katy finally put DWTD and AMA on spotify 3. i made it to the next round 4. the sense8 season finale murdered me 5. i stumbled upon an idea that works great for my assigned chinese zodiac animal whew

Also, i forgot how weird it is to come off of genreal anesthesia! my mom filmed me and just sent me the video which is me being an utter mess

thank you guys, i'm okay myself, and apparently so is my friend now. i submitted late from my phone but i don't expect to do great this round, i just didn't want to have to quit another season especially after being considered back into the competition. anyhow, i'm going home now to shower and rest because lord knows i need it. you're all so sweet!

@Aurora @Corsola @ultraviolence.xx thank you i was so scared that the short notice reflected in very “standard” lyrics and the fact that i couldn’t go over the lyrics too much either so once i had the concept i just sang it to myself once (for the metric) and sent it. but, again, thank you for the chance and your prompt rihviews, i was scalped by them

i guess this is goodbye, everyone i’m at a loss of words so i’ll just keep it at “thank you” and i hope the survivors keep slaying! aurevoir ? it was a wild fun ride full of the best and funniest reviews i’ve read in PH and the discord were iconic

i don’t know how the song translated but i proofread everything, the whole song so i’m not sure how typos and capitals were there. like i highly doubt i skipped them, especially because i don’t use capitals ever in my life but when i proofread that’s the first thing i spot. and i copied and pasted the entry (?) from the same exact document where i proofread it anyways, getting the feeling this round may mark the first time i ever leave PH through elimination and not through quitting due to personal problems it was great to work with nait and auburn tho, they re very creative and talented so if anything i’m taking that experience with me to my summer writing camp

@Aurora 1) thank you for your review like really, you and uvie made me feel more confident about my songwritnig with your comments so far this season 2) yeah, I noticed the "week" typo instead of "weak" when re-reading the song the other day 3) totally a take on bad girlfriend with a little more subtlety and alcohol, and maybe a tad bit more autobiographical that anne-marie 4) i already acknowledged myself that i will never come up with nothing as smart as alchoholywod avenue so i'll declare that line my peak even tho i came up with it in a state of intoxication (i wrote most of the song drunk lol)
