Who do you think an album review of Katy Perry's newest flop is written for exactly…? 1
aotwbys Posted September 24 Posted September 24 The review: The score: But they're spending too much time dissecting this short ass record fr. Critics are taking DAYS to review a 30-minute album and coming up with some bullshit critiques
Relampago. Posted September 24 Posted September 24 The review is way more scathing than the score… Pitchfork showing mercy

JoeAg Posted September 24 Posted September 24 okay they better f*cking correct that EGREGIOUS Unapologetic score if they're for real about giving this the same score. that review is genuinely still one of the most disgusting and sexist things on that site to this date and I know the dingbat who reviewed it regrets it or whatever but it still deserves a rescore pronto. unbelievable. 3 1
sunbathinganimal Posted September 24 Posted September 24 Quote But Katy Perry is weird like Olive Garden is exotic: not really at all, and everything is suffocated in cheese.

Then you're just a smoky outline of what you once were. And then you've disappeared entirely. Just like a firework. THE CHILLS I GOT WHEN I READ THAT THAT ENDING WAS DIABOLICALLLLLLLL 4

Go truly back to basics, a mix of her actual Christian rock origins and One of the Boys. Be the 2020s Amy Grant. No one else is doing that, at least it would stand out, and if it flops at least it flops with Dignity_HilaryDuff.rar I really thought she was going to comeback with some evolution of her pop/rock sound, because I seriously think this would work in the actual commercial climate and thought it was the sound she's more into, artistically. We had hints on the previous album as well (Tucked, for example) ...and then she came back with that atrocious WW single, stuck on the same tired sound and completely annihilated any of my hopes and whatever was left of her starpower.
