Firework next! 2
Trainwreck Posted June 12 Posted June 12 But ATRL told me that working with Daddy Antonoff was success poison??? What happened @ATRL??? 1

Bends Posted June 12 Posted June 12 I wonder if her team expected such a feedback. Now for me it looks like a "Dark Horse" that is influencing the current single's success, and the label has to act somehow to please both singles. Without radio spins, the chances of a number-one debut are reduced, of course, but you cannot cut the airplay from "Espresso", when we have expectations to top Hot 100.
Monky_2405 Posted June 12 Posted June 12 I'll be mad if she does not get the #1 at this point. Is so nice to see her smashing!
Twizzy Posted June 12 Posted June 12 If you would've told me Sabrina Carpenter, the girl who originally would peak in the top 25 of pop radio while being completely N/A on the Hot 100 during 2017-2019, is now challenging to dominate the top 2 spots of the Hot 100… I wouldn't believe it at all I'm very perched, she truly deserves this after struggling all these years. I love this success for her 5
Young In Love Posted June 12 Posted June 12 just listened to the song for the first time and i really like it (very Dolly Parton). It's crazy that i saw some tweets calling this the biggest fumble of the 2nd single it's nice to switch it up and she's showing versatility 1 2
B-Luke Posted June 12 Posted June 12 If this is stable or increases tomorrow it should be locked for #1 in the US (perhaps even the UK) she just can't stop mothering
Green Posted June 12 Posted June 12 5.1 million in the US By the way the stans should save the Espresso coins for next week. What is the point of buying it now when there's a gap of 40 points with Post Malone Buy PPP instead US itunes: 5 Sabrina Carpenter - Espresso +7 6 Sabrina Carpenter - Please Please Please -1 26 Sabrina Carpenter - Espresso +45 45 Sabrina Carpenter - Feather +14 82 Sabrina Carpenter - Espresso +7

shark_heather Posted June 12 Posted June 12 Capitalizing the success of Espresso and releasing another type of song right before the peak of Espresso was actually genius We are looking at another Only Girl / Whats My Name situation 5 1
Lille Posted June 12 Posted June 12 Genuinely one of my favorite songs this year, I cannot get enough of this. I think "Espresso" is a fine pop song and certainly an important song for Sabrina's career, but PPP is one of those songs that turns people from just casual listeners to actual fans.
