_Fey Posted May 3 Posted May 3 Whatcha Doing really does sound like it's begging for a feature/remix. Some parts of the song sound like they're gaps for Ariana to sing in. 1

I can already see myself listening to End of an Era in the same Mediterranean beach I EXPERIENCED Somewhere Near Marseilles...
Post Malone Posted May 3 Posted May 3 Just stopped stockholming this and pressed play on the ******* Sia album and it's already a huge improvement
makeawish Posted May 3 Posted May 3 (edited) tbh i think this is a perfectly good album that i like a lot, but i also thought future nostalgia was also a perfectly good album that i liked a lot which a lot of people lost their sh*t about, probably due to lockdown derangement. the reviews imo are more about people realising that dua is merely a good artist who is perhaps not the sole saviour of pop music that the narrative has made her and perhaps needs a bit less expectation placed on her shoulders Edited May 3 by makeawish 1

Cherish Posted May 3 Posted May 3 14 minutes ago, Post Malone said: Also my thing @ these Kevin Parker productions is that everything sounds so muffled? Like where's the high frequencies? Or like juicy reverb effects? This is POP music we want glittery synth sounds and some emphasized reverb moments these muffled guitar and kick blends and super melodyned dry vocals over and over give me a headache Kevin Parker was silenced and I will not stand for it. I'm sober now and I'm so mad at how much they screwed him over.

shyboi Posted May 3 Posted May 3 what happened? she recorded more than 1000 songs and decided to keep this ones on the album? this is very very flat to say the least, the singles are definitely the best 1

brazil Posted May 3 Posted May 3 (edited) It's ok. It doesn't help the album that three of the best songs has already been releases as singles prior to album release Edited May 3 by brazil
_Fey Posted May 3 Posted May 3 opinions over these songs are so all over the place. Falling Forever last??? 1 1
