this album is so perfect in my eyes. it’s the only project that i feel truly encompasses every part of who she is: the dark & moody vibes; sexy & sensual; a bit experimental but also a bit of urban and pop that all comes together perfectly. there will never be another like it

I was stunned by this album and how haunting it is....the definition of a grower. For a performer to have no up-tempo on their album, yet still have quality track after track is impressive!

 

I remember being taken aback by the pace...definitely have to get into the mood of it. But I found myself remembering the production and lyrics. Her voice takes center and she delivers vocally on each track, complimented by some of the best arrangements she's had so far.

I remember seeing Touch Pass but not No Contest on the tracklist after the tour and was so sad. The OG version deserved a spot on nightride. We ended up having to wait so long for that song.
