Did I say she invented it? She didn’t invent pop ballads either… my point was this song to me sounds much more alike to WANGBT than Cruel Summer ever did to Deja Vu.

Bridge, melody, production sounds nothing like WANGBT. What sounds similar is the talk singing verses with pop rock chorus, which is exactly the blueprint of Beck and other 90s rockers way before Taylor and Olivia were even a thing
