these are the official charts, shakira was Top 10 in multiple countries in Europe, beyonce tanked hard, never charted in the top 20 in any of these countries.

The absolute nerve to claim Shakira outsold Beyoncé in Asia as if she doesn't have a grand total of ZERO certifications in Japan, the world's 2nd largest musical market & less streams than the likes of Zara Larsson on MelOn and QQ Music  a set up if I've ever seen one, Beyoncé sold more in South Korea over the last decade than Shakira did in the entire continent from 1990 to present
