According to the Kwangya 119 site they've got a processing backlog of 10,560 reports on the "Artist Defamation" tab alone, and are currently processing reports from October 24th

I do really think that the rise in incel culture is ultimately affecting Korean fangirls' willingness to cape for oppa or even stan oppa. Maybe this is partly why fangirls are turning to stanning girl groups.

 

I mean knowing that most of your oppar faves are at least probably on the same ideological wavelength as these folks
