It’s called JYP getting desperate. If this was aespa everyone would be calling it sajaegi but maybe it’s because no one cares about this group :rip:

Uhm, you do know JYP has legit beef with Melon right, which is why none of the JYP artists were either nominated or invited at their award show? There are even rumors about Melon trying to sabotage JYP artists on their streaming platform.

Wait, you might be onto something with Han, almost forgot about that ACE :gaycat2:

but you know who else can do it all? Mr Kim Woojin ofc :bird:

Woojin is an amazing singer, but he used to be the weakest dancer of SKZ. + he's not a rapper either

Huh? Super Junior was commonly shat on, they were the representative 2nd gen boygroup people would point and laugh at.  :foxaylove3:

Nobody took SJ seriously during 2nd gen, they were always stan driven and not actually popular in the real world like NCT is now.

Before the past few weeks of random lashings from armys on ktrl the only previous SHINee haters I ever saw were literally just homophobes who thought SHINee was too lgbt. :bibliahh:

Mr. Simple, Sorry Sorry, Bonamana are bigger than any SHINee song though + they have also sold more than SHINee. Weren't Super Junior BIGBANG's rivals?

Girl, the prediction says Jisoo is out of the chart. OUT. I am not asking for a #1, that's ridiculous.. did you all even read the first post I quoted?

I am literally wondering why she can't chart at #80-70 like her bandmates? And some blinks are mentioning remixes or VPN as if the other members didn't chart at some point.

The song is just flopping in the West, can blinks take the L without bending backwards to deviate attention?

so jisoo is the outlier, okay? the song is a top 40 entry in the UK and Australia which constitutes the West as well.

You want to cream about her flopping in America, go ahead….what L is there to take if she’s doing fine in the aforementioned places + Korea? Jennie didn’t chart either but that doesn’t take away from Solo being a hit.

No. Anybody who sold you on that idea was a lying ELF. There were/are several more popular with the real general public boy groups. BB's closest rival was SNSD and even then they went after different demos so it would be impossible to compare.

ELF were so pressed about SNSD being SMs representative 2nd gen group that they were calling SNSD wh*res and getting into literal fist fight with Sone.

meanwhile on Earth where this choreo is harder than anything BTS has attempted solo despite being much younger and "more talented"

This is why Army had such a bad reputation years back. Your either lack of cultural awareness or just complete delusion is too much. :bibliahh:

He’s literally just waving his arms around for 3 minutes:rip:

No Shinee member could pull this off especially in their old age. Maybe skz could.

JK couldn't sing live and stay on pitch for more than 10 seconds at a time if his literal life depended on it. Geriatric Key at his big age still wipes the floor:bibliahh:

JK? You must be mistaking him with another BTS member cause he’s always stable :deadbanana4:

BTS have plenty of untalented singers to choose from and you decided to go for their one competent & acclaimed one? Pick you battles babe!

It depends on what we're measuring. If we're looking for real hits that connected with the general public and not teenage girls, or albums that were sold to listeners and not to end up in a landfill, SJ lands at the bottom of this list, and several b tier groups would be moved up above them and TVXQ. SJ had like 3 real hits and one of the songs you named of theirs previous isn't on the list.

If we're going off of the size and strength of the fandom and pure album sales/seats filled at events, you need to swap SHINee and TVXQ, maybe even putting them above SJ based off their Japanese popularity.

Also it bares repeating that in both metrics Big Bang completely destroys every other 2nd gen boy group and the only acts who come close to them are IU, SNSD, and BTS.(even then its hard to compare bc the popularity of them all hit at different times in different markets and with different demographics)

SHINee was successful but the #1 ww was a dispute between BigBang x TVXQ x SuJu
The 3 fandoms having beefs everyday meanwhile shawols minded their own busines, so no one had any real problem with SHINee.

With the quality, stability and the peaceful fandom, it's easy to see how SHINee turned to be the most """respected""" group
BigBang still the biggest group by far but a lot of antis
everyone hates SuJu
and TVXQ was forgotten, even tho they still with their huge japanese fandom

I didn't want to say anything but people will literally fall for any fast-paced choreography and call someone a great dancer like he didn't use his core or lower body at all during that performance :rip:

Wait not future nostalgia but more like Bieber style since Andrew produced a lot of songs for him (also Senorita). I knew Scooter would be involved in JK solo career
