OT: What do you want her to do? She's probably been trying to work it out behind the scenes for the last few days and decided to put out a statement to shine light on what's been happening. Maybe she could do another 10-15 dates in major cities, but that's it. The tickets have been sold and the fuckup is on Ticketmaster's shoulders.

It honestly shocks me how sheep-brained this forum is. The fact that these stans are quick to absolve their notoriously money hungry fave of any responsibility just because she makes mediocre music for 12 year old white girls. 

 

Why shouldn't Taylor Swift be held accountable for her tour? Blame it on Ticketmaster all you want, but Taylor could have handled this situation much better. Instead of actually posing a solution she just gives a half-assed "oh, well, better luck next time i guess" statement with paragraphs of nothing just to make herself look better.

 

Again, this woman can't make it more obvious that she's only in it for the money. Dropping remix after remix of all of her singles (that no one asked for) in a desperate attempt of remaining on the charts, processing a very unnecessary amount of vinyls and preventing smaller artists from getting their projects out, and now this. But it's not Taylor's fault though! Blame everyone but her.

You are being sarcastic but plenty of artists in the past did world tours with well over a hundred dates. The supposed music industry is still young and is more than capable given she doesn’t really dance or perform.

Those 100 dates were not STADIUMS  name one artist that was able to book 52 stadiums in US in the short timeframe Taylor is doing the shows, we'll be waiting.

 

Doing well over 100 dates is logistically impossible unless she extends the tour till 2024 (and if it did, it would NOT be announced in 2022).
