Not the biggest Coldplay stan out there but Rihanna definitely added a lot of flavors to this song.

Pop-rock queen of Canada! Take that, Avril! Absolutely loved this!

I think this was my first choice but yeah, a very chill and nice song <3

 

Kylie Minogue - Chocolate

Yeah, I used to not like this when I first heard it, but I learned to appreciate some elements of it over time.

Definitely an improvement over the other version that was sent. I like a good ballad, and this is a good ballad.

Plastic Hearts is Miley’s best album, and this is one of the reasons why.

I’ve grown a greater appreciation for this track lately. It’s a strong Gaga track.

Ghost - ALWAYS loved this song since 2010, one of my Top 5 of that year. Still love it now

 

Goodnight And Go - Imogen's original is just as great as Ariana's version. They both stand on their own two feet and this version fits with my quirky personality

 

Chocolate - It's ok. I really like Kylie more the older I get but this song isn't top tier from her

 

All the Things She Said - Great song. I have nostalgic memories of discovering this song thanks to the Sirius XM channel Pop2k too <3!

 

Blind - One of the highlights from Animal. That album is very nostalgic now

 

DDD - Good chorus but the Oh oh ohs and D D Ds are very annoying so nope.

 

Move Ya Body - another song I discovered as a teen through Pop2K. It's a bop, but not one I visit that often. 

 

Stars Are Blind - Don't get me wrong, I think Paris is iconic and she has some very fun bops. I just could never get into this one though. 

 

From This Moment On - I was NOT expecting those key changes. Saved the song from being boring tbh. 

 

Gimme What I Want - I forgot how good this song was. 

 

Capital Letters - I loved this song back in 2018. Didn't really revisit it much after. I also had the misfortune of getting overexposed to this at my grocery store job earlier this summer so I'm a bit irritated with it right now unfortunately. Will be a little lower in the rankings but not totally lower since the grocery store radio is out of my control and they have since rotated that song out (but now have a new problem where they replay the songs every 5 and a half hours  )

 

Dance In the Dark - One of my all time favorite songs from Gaga. <3! Been meaning to relisten to it for awhile!

 

Miss Independent - I'm sort of nostalgic for the time this song came out just because I was an innocent-ish 14 year old watching this music video on MTV and VH1 but I mean I never really cared for the song back then or now. So just meh. 

 

Repeat - I remember being in my room my senior year of high school, last semester, listening to this. Some nostalgia points for that alone. Still a good song in my opinion but not one I have visited in years since I like other dance/EDM collabs that have come out in the decade since a lot better from other producers like Calvin Harris, Zedd, Marshmello and Jonas Blue 

Fever - One of my favorite songs from Side B <3! It also hits different when your crush doesn't like you back and the backlash you receive hurts

 

Don't Stop Me Now - It's fine. 

 

Hi Bich - NO! Just...NO! She was obnoxious and entitled then and she still is now. 

 

1, 2 Step - a 2000's party pop classic that I have memories with because it came up at EVERY high school dance I went to all the way through 2012 when I graduated. Iconic. I tried to send this and it was taken. I hope whoever sends this does well. 

Dilemma - It's cute but I was never obsessed or wowed by this honestly 

Year Of the Tiger - Not that interesting until the synths come in and even then it's not that interesting still. 

I Like It - I still like it. Plus Bad Bunny looks great naked ;)

Honestly I am so used to the Ari version that listening to the original threw me off. It's quite lovely though!
