Really makes you wonder - if all these inappropriate shows happen in the presence of minors, why do these lunatics always have to resort to posting lies? Drag Queens aren't inherently sexual and the possibility of individual inappropriate shows aren't a reason for banning all of them. But of course the aim here is to enforce heteronormative values onto children, in the hopes that keeping them away from any sort of queer identity will keep them "normal". Anyone in the LGBT+ community who thinks they can safely get behind this is ignorant of the fact that the same justifications and reasoning have been, are and will be used to discriminate against them as well by the same people. Don't think you can join in with the bigotry without repercussions - crying "think of the children" over nonexistent issues is a universal bludgeon against all queer identities and any gay person rallying behind them is shortsighted as hell and has forgotten that the exact same people said the same thing about them not 15 years ago.
