It was decided based on feedback from the spring 2023 town hall to transition this thread back to being election specific. With the Civics section being able to house specific threads on many issues, we think having a generalized politics thread is not completely necessarily anymore. 
 

With that said, please continue to be respectful and remember that you do not always need to respond to everyone.

What has the Biden Administration prioritized other than funding a genocide by unconditionally shipping bombs to Israel and have no red lines for the atrocities committed with those American bombs?

If the dem candidates are really up this much Biden will win the states. There hasn't been that big of a gap of ticket splitting in decades. Politics is too divided and divisive to see that again right now  🤷

He will call it a political prosecution, claim it was a witch hunt, and the voters will ignore his being a convicted felon and either narrowly vote Biden out in November or just barely keep Biden in office. This verdict changes nothing other than that it solidifies the victimhood narrative and legitimize the claim that Democrats are weaponizing the justice system against their enemies
