KatyPrismSpirit Posted September 14 Posted September 14 the way lady GAG will dominate 2025 with LG7 also was the surprise before lg7 already revealed
MonsterNavy Posted September 14 Posted September 14 (edited) Chromatica might be weak for Gaga's standards but if other artists released it it would be their magnum opus sorry that Gaga's standards are just too high and what in the world is it an Ava Max or Dua Lipa album? Alice, Rain On Me, 911, Plastic Doll, Sour Candy, Replay, Enigma & Babylon are classic Gaga songs to the core and songs only Gaga can pull off. yall just be saying anything one thing about fad is the way she sings, emotes etc has a signature Gaga style so even with how basic Joanne is, its a Gaga album through and through Edited September 14 by MonsterNavy 2 1

Certainly we are in no long term danger and DWAS will remain stable

atemyheartinc Posted September 14 Posted September 14 Chromatica was a well executed pop record with a very strong and clear concept. All of those people comparing such an album with Ava Max's type of soulless pop are full of sh*t. Of course it had some dull moments production-wise like Free Woman or 1000 Doves but also had some of Gaga's most personal lyrics and some weird and fun moments all trough out the record (911, Alice, Plastic Doll, Babylon, Replay). I can't see any other pop girl releasing Chromatica, but I can see tons of other people releasing Diamond & Dancefloors or 143 type of albums. Chromatica did what ARTPOP tried to do in 2013 in a more polished way. 4 1 1
hausofbryan Posted September 14 Posted September 14 Chromatica is her best album since Born This Way, and that's that. 10
Europe Posted September 14 Posted September 14 nnnn everyone dragging 1000 doves and it's by far my most played song from the record 5
Hair Posted September 14 Posted September 14 Well I'm still mad about the bridge from the Free Woman demo being cut, but I can agree that Chromatica is a good album.

Human Fly Posted September 14 Posted September 14 Lets wait until Movie release to count DWAS out in US, its mostly new releases, superbowl hype + vmas effect. DWAS doing amazing in US and still pulling 2M + streams. So we'll have to wait at least 2-3 weeks to say something if its really done or not in US. WW its biggest song in the world and aint nobody is her competition in the next 3 months. Take out the US+UK from her , she would still be #1 effortlessly.
hausofbryan Posted September 14 Posted September 14 To compare it to Ava Max is just wild. 911, for anyone that's struggled with mental health and finally found some relief through medication (or other means, whichever works for you), is a deeply personal and emotional song over the thumping production. It's that kinda nonsense that makes me wish (but not actually wish) that Gaga went full HACGa 24/7 so people have more appreciation for her lyrics in her dance pop. 1 1

It's time for a pop emergency.
