My friends and I were stoned, in a euphoric state, blown away from the electrifying atmosphere from the crazy strobing lights during the intro. Witnessing Gaga's dramatic entrance on stage as a phoenix, followed by her alluring transformations throughout the show from Aphrodite, to the Fame era Gaga performing her early hit songs, the octopus outfit, green-haired Mary Jane Holland, Raver girl, and then concluding the show as a white-haired angel was truly an unforgettable and exhilarating psychedelic experience. The energy at madison square garden was beautiful. It was also a special show for me because Gaga had been going through a lot at the time and it felt like she was surrounded by an entire sold out show of people who cared for her and supported her art.
