It would make sense to boost her profile even more (movie/album) BUT election week is right after so…i'm now a 2025 believer. No way they are waiting 3 months between single and album especially in 2024. Even their original plan for Chromatica wasn't stirring era that much That said I'm 100% certain LG7 is wrapped right now. Andrew Watt doesn't seem to be involved in studio anymore and he hinted in an interview last month he was close wrapping a project he was working on. Edited May 17 by monketsharona 1

Yes, Andrew mentioned in a Rolling Stone interview that he was working hard to complete a project that is due in June. 1
SweetOreosOfHeaven Posted May 17 Posted May 17 (edited) If there is something coming this year I imagine we'll hear about it after TCB film release... they wasted Fortnite but this one is an even better chance to launch something. If there's not at least serious teasing afterwards I'll join the 2025 sisterhood. Edited May 17 by SweetOreosOfHeaven 5
Canonical Ensembl Posted May 17 Posted May 17 The media are also having daily countdowns like us, I guess.

Vroom Vroom Posted May 17 Posted May 17 If LG7 is really completed, I can't see her sitting on it for 10 months It's either coming in 2 months or it is not done yet 3

HasItLeaked who was the first and only person to report anything to do with LG7 correctly said Interscope were hopefull (but not certain) about Gaga releasing Q2 this year. This was during the February craze were they basically said nothing was going to be released despite the fact that the entire fanbase was convinced something was coming (because of Blade + her constant studio teasing). Let's see. Edited May 17 by SweetOreosOfHeaven 6
SweetOreosOfHeaven Posted May 17 Posted May 17 Since everything points to Gaga's next album being rock-inspired, which songs do y'all think would fit on a tour that follows that theme? I'll go first: Bad Romance and Judas would demolish. Bloody Mary is obviously a must for next tour and much like a lot of BTW, it has a very metal essence. Bad Romance, Judas, Bloody Mary, Electric Chapel, TEOG, You and I, Diamond Heart, Replay, 911, Perfect Illusion, ManIcure, Shallow are some of the songs that immediately come to mind. 1
Aden Posted May 17 Posted May 17 It's honestly for the best that she's most likely waiting until 2025 to drop her next pop album. Taylor dropping new variants of her album on Billie's album release was shady as hell. Imagine the meltdowns if that had happened to LG7. Gar really doesn't need another covid variant ruining a pop era.

Aden Posted May 17 Posted May 17 Taylor also dropping on Bille's album release basically confirms that just because they're both under UMG doesn't mean that these entities intentionally try to space out major releases. So the next time XYZ major artist announces a new project, it may not actually mean their date is off the table for Gar.

Taylor is just petty I fear, she's also a billionaire so rules don't aplly to her.
Almodusa Posted May 17 Posted May 17 Someone on GoldDerby said Telephone was the ROTY/SOTY submission, and not Bad Romance If that's true she kinda deserves that ASIB snub nn 1

Fave Posted May 18 Posted May 18 (edited) I remember how I was concerned about chromatica ball aesthetic that doesn't match colorful album and music videos vibes, now I feel like it might be inspired of what the next route she will choose (especially scene and all black/dark dresses she wore). I have a feeling something may be announced pretty soon after tour film gets released Edited May 18 by Fave

babyforlife Posted May 18 Posted May 18 I hope with the release of TCB Film can push Alice, Replay and Free Woman to 100M streams faster. The fact Chromatica only have 4 songs that surpassed 100M streams which is kinda bad for an album releasing in streaming era. 2
