JohnWayneHolland Posted October 30, 2023 Posted October 30, 2023 Revisiting the 911 MV and it's crazy how good it is definitely one of her best videos. 5 3

jesus del rey Posted October 30, 2023 Posted October 30, 2023 Tbh if she did something like this rn, the internet would lost its mind. Some of the things she envisioned during ARTPOP could have been huge cultural moments if it had not been her "destined" flop era 4

Sombre Posted October 30, 2023 Posted October 30, 2023 Next week is gonna be insufferable. I just know so many "fans" are gonna drag Gaga when nothing happens on November 11.

Bethenny Frankel Posted October 30, 2023 Posted October 30, 2023 is trying joanne trattoria worth it? 2
Bethenny Frankel Posted October 30, 2023 Posted October 30, 2023 just listened to joanne (piano version) for the first time in awhile and I am BAWLING
TheHanyo Posted October 30, 2023 Posted October 30, 2023 I still think that Gaga is trying to expand her audience beyond the gays after the huge success of ASIB, and that includes getting more conservatives as fans. The truth is that being so anti-Trump probably hurt her among the GP. And it's probably why she allows her dad to go on those crazy right-wing shows. She doesn't talk politics anymore, either. TBH, it would be a massive mistake for her to bring ARTPOP back into the public's consciousness because it's filled with SO MUCH controversy between the "spirit cooking," the Swine performance, the R. Kelly collab, etc. It's kind of insane how cursed that era is, even if it is iconic amongst her hardcore fans. We're in a pre-Era right now, and it's so clearly not leading up to an ARTPOP sequel.

No one cares about ARTPOP either way at this point lol online gat will cry when she drops a Donatella themed hoodie or smthn next week and vinyl but wider GP will not move

Chromatica Ball proved that even in the most deep red states she could still sell out stadiums despite her well known stance. 2024 isn’t going to be any different unless she gets fully possessed by Lee

She never posted anything about Roe v. Wade. She hasn't posted about Palestine/Israel. She lets her dad go on rightwing news. And the Jazz/Vegas era followed by the rock collabs are all super hetero/white. 1 1

Aden Posted October 30, 2023 Posted October 30, 2023 Rock isn't a genre exclusive to conservative boomer whites (it was literally created by black people) and Gaga has spoken about abortion and trans rights at the Chromatica Ball. If her being anti-Trump had really cost her, ASIB wouldn't have smashed. A majority of Americans fall somewhere in the middle of the political spectrum and could care less which celeb likes/dislike whatever politician. 1 1
