Blue Rose Posted August 1, 2022 Posted August 1, 2022 I wonder how Act 2 will be received. All this success and acclaim is only going to make the hype bigger. I hope people listen to it with open minds instead of comparing everything to Act 1.

Renaissance is very much the dance portion with seem to be country visuals. Y’all really thinking Bey gonna drop a whole yeehaw album. Even if she does we should know by now it won't be 10+ songs of Garth Brooks songs. It'll have the Beyonce twist.
Virgos Groove Posted August 1, 2022 Posted August 1, 2022 The way I absolutely LOVE all these tracks.

Gold links, raw denim You know that we do it grande You know that I'm gon' be extra When that camera go, "Pop, pop, pop, pop, pop, pop" Idk why, but I'm OBSESSED with this verse Plus, the way the track manages to switch up so much in less than two minutes. An odyssey

yonsé Posted August 1, 2022 Posted August 1, 2022 i literally cannot rank these songs. she created an opus. idk how she ONE-UPs herself everytime i love my fave
ShouldersSideways Posted August 1, 2022 Posted August 1, 2022 I do wonder if she'll use AHAP's visuals for a more overt political message
Tripthelight Posted August 1, 2022 Posted August 1, 2022 The thought of Bey using her unique vision to explore new genres is really exciting to me. I’ve wanted an album like REN for so long, and she over-delivered with 16 flawless tracks. She can do whatever she wants at this point. I could easily see her exploring the contributions of Black icons within the rock genre. I’m 100% here for Beyoncé’s Purple Rain or her Simply the Best. She could even use samples from Sister Rosetta Sharpe, Jimi Hendrix, Little Richard, etc. to create something entirely new. And we know she’s worked with Mumford and Sons in the past. I think these three albums will continue expanding her audience reach in ways we can’t imagine, and I’m here for it.
chaeyonce Posted August 1, 2022 Posted August 1, 2022 My top 3 remains stable but top 5-10 always changing but so far : 1. Thique 2. Alien Superstar 3. All Up in Your Mind 4. Energy 5. Cuff It

Mitsouko Posted August 1, 2022 Posted August 1, 2022 I’ve seen the ableism thing all over the internet and TV today Deliberately ignoring context and refusing to consider intent <<<

This woman can do ANYTHING with her voice and the sheer effort she puts into her music. White folks are certainly not ready when Bey comes around with her own "Sex on Fire", "Proud Mary" or another DHY.

R.E.M. Posted August 1, 2022 Posted August 1, 2022 Diane Has A Problem needs a music video with iconic choreography like yesterday. A Rhythm Nation-type serve
jane Posted August 1, 2022 Posted August 1, 2022 A mix of Rock and R&B is what i want from her next. A few country songs could be thrown in to flex on those industry pressed clowns but i would love for her to tackle Rock for sure because this is the one genre some people still think belong to men and i feel Beyoncé could change that, a modern twist to Tina Turner, i always thought that would be the direction she would go in next.

I was coming on here to mention her "sex on fire" cover afraid I'd get thrown tomtoes for choosing an alt rock group but that cover is out of this world and Caleb himself said she ate them up when she covered it
