4 >>>> that loud obnoxious noise

Theres a reason she HAD to promote it like crazy then and it's at the bottom of the barrel along with Lemonade streaming wise. Given how things are going, CC will most likely join them as well.

Not Renaissance being #194 on the charts. One would hope a new release would give her last album a decent boost. :deadbanana2:

i think she should II Hands II Heaven to urban radio and give that side of her audience something to eat on. If they played Texas and 16 carriages they will wear "hands" out.

Yes, they would.

I don't understand why her team and she are so lazy to not even try to create RnB classics out of the last two albums.

2H2H should be sent to urban/RnB radio then Tyrant.

Just like POTS should have been sent to Urban radio during Renaissance and then Virgo's Groove. POTS had urban #1 written all over it.

less daily streams than lemonade here we come

It's actually excruciating to ride out a Beyoncé era these days. Arguably her best music to date but blindly waiting years to see where it all leads us…some may feel confined.

AMEN really was intended to lead into I'M THAT GIRL because one minute I'm listening to the former and before I know it I'm half way through the latter and didn't even notice it was a different song/album...

Is the euphoria of the new album release worth the sadness, despair and frustration that always follows?

I love the music, so I'm glad she's releasing such great material, so it's definitely worth it.  I'll always take new music.

Her secrecy is just too much

I get so frustrated because I think she definitely takes too much on and can't give enough attention to everything so she chooses business and (understandably) family over music.

Then I try to remind myself she doesn't HAVE to do any of this. She could easily never make another song again and live a life of luxury.

B'Day standard edition >>>>> 4 standard edition, that's all I know

B'Day doesn't have absolute DUDS like RTW and IWH. Start Over is some of the best boring songwriting in the world with some "I know this will hurt you, I know you'll cry" *skip*. And Beyoncé releasing an R&B album, regardless of the musical climate, will never be as risky as y'all say it is. 4 has some HIGHS but the lows are so damn low.

I can't defend B'Day deluxe though :jonny2:

I miss the olden days when once an album was SOLD there was no tracking "daily/monthly streams" :gaycat6:

that part! some of you are making this more depressing than it needs to be. why are we complaining about 2-year-old album cuts?

Though this era is dud and it's almost unforgivable how this high quality is being treated currently

There is something crucial that some of us keep forgetting.

This is year 8th studio album but this is accompanied by 4 DC albums(Christmas one included) and 2 collaborative albums (EIL and TG).  Correct me if I leave anything out but that's a minimum 14 strong bodies of work released in her discography.

This might definitely be a strong factor as to why she has slowed doing so much when it comes to album roll outs. She said it herself that she has nothing left to prove and if you take from this lense you will see why she doesn't put much marketing and promo effort into her new album cycles/eras. She simply feels she's done enough and as painful as it is, we have to eventually accept that.

We're not expecting her to be performing on every TV show like a newbie we know she has nothing left to prove. It's not that.

But we are her fans and deserve a little bit more content to be entertained. She's not even doing music videos anymore. One performance wouldn't hurt her.
