Let's keep the base Beyoncé-related only.

Plus it attracts weird members.

I'm sayin… :doc:

yeah CC lowkey has potential to be a much better visual than Ren even tho i largely prefer Ren's futuristic robot aesthetic over the cowboy cosplay

Kinda envisioning an American Woman Lenny kravitz vibe on act iii and levitating a bit

I don't care about the numbers, BEYONCÉ you will always be the greatest!

The way we could listen to Virgo's Groove then Heated then American Raquiem the switch to Formation and Halo and they all sounded different.

Where is the beychella thread on Classic ATRL? I've been searching everywhere and can't find out. Am I the only one that likes to revisit reactions?

Sweet Honey Buckin wasn't immediate for me, but it's REALLY clicking today

I think the II Hands II Heaven > Tyrant > Sweet Honey Bucking run will never leave my neck alone.

I thinking of getting II Hands to Heaven tattooed on my calf. II HANDS in of them and II HEAVEN in the other. It's that serious :eli:

Parkwood is an indie company ran from an unstable hut in Senegal and with no budget.

I made it to track 13 before I gave up on blondie's new album. The flavor is non-existent. Even on track 2, I was already rolling my eyes because it reminded me of a song of hers from her last album. :deadbanana2: I'm so happy I stan Beyoncé. Even her blandest album, I Am..., isn't as bad as this.

I wonder why after all these years Taylor hasn't developed a vibrato.

She really cannot naturally sing . J Lo is actually better

I wish the running through the river!! Part was longer. I am so in love with it.

I hear the same. I hope one day she does a feature with Fantasia. Maybe on the next rock n roll album. I want to hear runs, harmony, SQUALLING,  and a tambourine and some foot stoops, and church organ. I want a  gospel revivalist  feel ala the end of Mariah Carey's Jesus Oh what a Wonderful Child

:jonny6: a Fantasia collab would END me. I feel like Jazmine could also fit the same vibe. Yesssss I agree and after hearing CC, I really do think Act III will be just as gospel-tinged

Beyoncé is a black historian. She is trying to tell us something by starting and ending the album with Amen and a choir sound. All American genres have its genesis In the black American church.
This includes country . All roads lead back to not blues or jazz but gospel.

I'm still trying to digest all the parts of the album . 16 Carriages and Riverdance are still stumping me . I know this song has a double or triple meaning. Same with Alligator Tears and Tyrant

Yay thank you for posting. I remember he was stanning her during formation tour era. I never followed him but I didn't see him say a peep since so I assume he unstanned. He's gay btw

I only want to see Fantasia if she's standing on stage in a choir of 50 other blackish female singers singing the chorus of American Requiem at the Grammys dressed in those big choir robes colored red white and blue. Beyoncé in the middle singing the lead. I want them to sing so loud that they don't need mics.

I had so much admin work to do today at work, so I blasted CC (x2), Rennie, Lemonade and Self-Titled to get me through. :clap3:
