There has been like two posts on their Instagram, there is like 3 1-min videos on their Youtube... God forbid Bey' posts a story or a picture (with caption!!!). I was expecting a beautiful commercial video with beauty shots of the products and everything... Did I miss something? MTE. It's one of two things IMO. 1) They are waiting until her peak time on IG to go all-out with a flood of posts. Sis legit hasn't shared the Essence covers, pics, or anything about the brand since the joint post. I always imagined it would be spread out between yesterday and today, OR... 2) They are deliberately skewing low-key. Soft launch so to speak and then build from there. There was a pretty clear back and forth with the Adidas fallout (e.g. slow sales being leaked/publisized and her lil jab on IG when the final collection dropped). I say that to say, I imagine she's hyper-aware of the discourse around her business ventures and could be playing it slow and steady rather than big and splashy. Scratch the second option, though lol. One doesn't cover Essence and do a full shoot if trying to be low-key. So, I'm fully expecting a something shortly. Once again, the overlap between Cecred and Act II feels a little much, convoluted, and kinda unnecessary (Cecred really coulda come after). But, at the same time, I wouldn't be surprised if they had data that perhaps showed that her non-music ish sells most when she's most musically active. 2

No commercial, a one Instagram promo videos, and that one product unboxing video. They are probably gauging interest on their website before they do store launches for both products. I agree. Ce Noir for sure felt almost hobby-like. And if it's something she really wants to push, I too agree that they probably are purposefully limiting her promotional push to gauge authentic interest and will use the data to rope in bigger distribution. Or...quietly phase it out. Cécred has to be a little different. She's kinda gone very frontwards facing with it, done Essence, spilled about funding it herself (thus the need to get a return on investment), there was a seeded segment on the Today show this morning, and more than anything revealed that it's been in the works since 2018. There are tutorials on its already-established YouTube. So, they are definitely doing some of the...things. We'll see. Edited February 20 by Cbreezy

Click Clack Posted February 20 Posted February 20 super happy for her, but country music just isn’t my tea can’t wait for act 3 4
BnPac Posted February 20 Posted February 20 She completely reinvented herself and is smashing with it. Frankly mind-blowing what she keeps achieving. I was one of the most fervent supporters of her going country here but I didn't think she could find this kind of success with a country song. Well deserved Bey. 1
Kristie Kuwa Posted February 20 Posted February 20 I wonder if shes like "I KNEW this would work" or whether shes as astonished as we are lol

kimberly Posted February 20 Posted February 20 (edited) looking at the Cecréd drop now and filling up my cart I noticed this: Quote Everything you need for our instant, at-home treatment rinse ritual—at an exclusive value. This online-only kit pairs the Fermented Rice & Rose Protein Ritual with the Ritual Shaking Vessel for a luxurious self-care experience that delivers powerful breakage defense. ($65, $72 value.) why would they note "online-only kit" if the whole brand is sold exclusively on cecred.com? the copy here makes me think it'll launch in stores for sure (and probably sometime soon). Kristie Kuwa Posted February 20 Posted February 20 I have a new ranking for us sisters: Our proudest moments as fans! Choose between: - #1 female artist of the 00s - ST drop - Lemonade/SB performance of Formation - Beychella - becoming the most awarded singer in Grammy History - Repeaking with Country Music 1

You had to be willfully ignorant not to see her for who she is by the time Renaissance came out.

BnPac Posted February 20 Posted February 20 ST drop, that was monumental Glastonbury 4's debut week being above 300k when everyone wrote her down and said she was over. Lemonade I missed the Coachella's moment online but it would be next. Then female of 00s. The Grammy's I've never cared that much about except for performances with her idols. Also, for me a big song like THE was bound to happen if Beyoncé pushed, although I wasn't sure it'll be with country-country. I was rooting more for a pop leaning country big song Ala Shania. 1
kimberly Posted February 20 Posted February 20 if you are purchasing Cecréd, use code CECRED10 for 10% off I bought the hydrating shampoo, fermented rice treatment, reconstructing mask and hair oil. can't wait to try them all! my curls will be very happy. 3
