My good friend abroad said she was about to purchase and the shipping added about half the price of the item to the order. 

 

I figured Bey was going direct-to-consumer out of the gate, but I think this points to the need to be in stores soon if she wants this to be more than a US success.  

 

Willing to give her grace as it's definitely going to be a brick-by-brick thing. 

 

But she for sure has to be thinking about how to launch her product in stores like Target and Sephora Stateside and in the likes of Boots and Superdrug etc in the UK. Because beyond the likes of Fenty being there, Tracee Ellis Ross' Pattern Beauty (which I'd say is Bey's biggest competition in her niche) is in most of those spots too. 

 

Moral of the story, make it easy for the people to support lol.

I’m really happy for the success B is having with TEXAS HOLD ‘EM, but I also won’t accept it being anything other than her worst lead single.

So THE makes me feel happy and 16C makes me emotional and grateful :heart:

 

When they both dropped 16C was on HEAVY repeat, now I am listening THE everyday and it gets stuck in my head.

The reviews threw me off on the website at first glance as well, but they sent them out to influencers and others pre-launch so they could have some on there when the website went live.

I hope Beyoncé does a night routine with Vogue or something and shows her actual scalp. That would go viral and really encourage people to check out the products. Especially the folks who are skeptical about her hair being real. 
 

Rihanna thrived with that when she did makeup tutorials on IG. It showed that the average consumer could enjoy it. Exclusivity and secrecy won’t help this time. I’m sure her team knows this!

the shipping on cecred WHEW..... ill grab some of that clarifying shampoo when she realises nobody in the EU/UK is gonna be a regular customer until its stocked here in person

 

annoying tho that it seems like most of the products are protein-based and/or contain cocunut oil and coconut oil derivatives. not for the protein sensitive sisters thats for sure. MAKES SENSE THO considering her own hair and the fact she presses it and wears multiple wigs each tour.

Me too.  I expect we will get some more information in the next week or two for the album.  This Friday will be 5 weeks before release

I can’t cope with all these rumours.

- She’s not touring and will be doing a residency in Vegas.

- She is touring but only places she didn’t go for RWT.

- She is touring and has dates booked in Ireland for June 2024.

- No tour and no residency for Act II.

 

I’ve read all these in the last week since the announcement of Act II

Is it me or does the CECRED launch seems VERY low-key?
There has been like two posts on their Instagram, there is like 3 1-min videos on their Youtube... God forbid Bey' posts a story or a picture (with caption!!!).

I was expecting a beautiful commercial video with beauty shots of the products and everything...

Did I miss something? :biblio:

It's probably what they want. Ce Noir was low-key too. No commercial, a one Instagram promo videos, and that one product unboxing video. They are probably gauging interest on their website before they do store launches for both products.
