Those are the names/# for the camera people/editors who are all working in the control room during the concert. Best example is that one clip of Beyoncé/Bruno’s 2016 Super Bowl BTS video:

 

 

Also it’s the same effect they use in the film during the AS mishap. It’s just for dramatic effect.
