They literally don't do anything. Don't vote, don't actually boycott (people saying theyre excited to go see it when last week they said theyre boycotting), don't donate, don't go outside. They just tweet on a platform that enriches a zionist and post a lil flag emoji on their profile to feel warm inside. These types of people are a detriment to their own cause.
