It's time to get this all star adventure started! You’ve been waiting all weekend -- let’s find out what your tribes are! _________________________________________________________________________ The Tribes In your pre-game questions, you had a lot of interesting guesses for how the tribes this season would be split up. A lot of people were correct that it is three tribes of seven, but nobody was able to guess the theme! It’s kind of a unique concept tbh. The three tribes this season were inspired by ancient mythologies and the power structures therein. We have heard many stories of divine beings in power (such as the gods), whose reigns were rocked by rebellious figures (such as the titans). In the middle of it all, you have neutral parties (such as the humans) whose allegiance swayed back and forth. These three concepts -- rulers, roamers, and rebels -- serve as the basis for your tribes. Your tribe designation was chosen based on your gameplay style in your previous season(s). _________________________________________________________________________ Tribe Archon is named after the Greek word for “ruler”. The tribe consists of seven players who demonstrated strength and dominance in a certain area (or even multiple areas) of Survivor during the previous times they played. They might have been a powerful force in challenges, or perhaps they had exceptional strategic control. Others built social capital in a way that rarely allowed them to falter. Regardless of their particular skills, their gameplay was focused on using their strengths to power through the game, unphased by others. Some were able to ride this to the finish, while others were overthrown along the way. They can build bridges, but don’t be surprised if they leave you alone on the other side. The tribe consists of seven players who launched a rebellion against the alliances in power. In their previous seasons, these players were not afraid to shake things up. Each of them went rogue in their own ways... whether it was through an immunity run disrupting the plans of those in power, playing special prizes to their advantage, blindsiding allies, or just stirring up chaos and drama. Often, they found themselves in the minority and had to fight their way out -- some more successfully than others. As a tribe, you’ll win together, and you’ll lose together. You don’t want to lose, or else you’ll be going to tribal council where one of you will be voted out. Form alliances, make friends, make enemies, and do whatever it takes to outwit, outlast, and outplay. You’re going to need more than just high scores to get by in this game.
