Before the Dawn Posted November 1, 2017 Posted November 1, 2017 What About Us top 5 on overall radio and #43 on iTunes

She is selling albums and $400 tour tickets. Do itunes really mean anything anyway anymore? The no1 songs on the hot digital sales chart sell like 40-50k. She has been selling steadily since August. The single's total sales are quite good. Longevity is the key. Edited November 1, 2017 by Mediabase

Well it's been out since august and is yet to pass 400k in pure sales, that's kinda weak for a song with so much radio support and live performances. And it's not like she's doing great on streaming to make up for these weak sales... 3 minutes ago, doonerr said: It's been out for a moment now Praying is older than WAU and is higher on iTunes despite not being top 10 on overall airplay

It is going to top all 3 major Canadian pop formats (POP, HOT AC and AC) simultaneously! It has been at no1 on AC and HOT AC for weeks now. RCA will keep pushing this in North America until December it appears. It still has a lot of potential on US pop radio. Both in Canada and the US RCA followed the same strategy. Push it hard on her core formats of AC and HOT AC first and then POP. It is working perfectly in Canada. No1 on all 3. Obviously they are following the same strategy in the US too. It is November though and many AC stations are going to flip to all Christmas music so she is going to lose most of its audience there. But I am pretty sure it will hit No1 in January or February. Pink is a legend, and she will almost certainly reach the 20 year span of having Top 40 songs (2019). As for Swift's Look, I think, given its virtually unprecedented decline (excluding Christmas, American Idol, The Voice, etc.) could fall off of the H 100 before going recurrent. Only a handful of #1 songs (excluding the three aforementioned song categories) have dropped off the Hot 100 without recurrency.

MANUELF Posted November 1, 2017 Posted November 1, 2017 Look drop is not even natural, the song is not doing so bad in callouts for those drops to be justified
umich Posted November 1, 2017 Posted November 1, 2017 The fact that it’s falling past songs that peaked months ago (eg Loyalty, Despacito, Location). Scars is next

Letters From Adi Posted November 1, 2017 Posted November 1, 2017 1-800 could become Alessia 2nd Top 2 hit on overall radio by next week (Here #3, Scars #2, Stay #3) I'll be satisfied if it just tops Pop Songs for just one week.

It still has a lot of room to grow on POP, AC and HOT AC. Why kill a song that still has so much airplay potential? Another great update is coming tomorrow on real time numbers. Soccer moms buy albums and they love What About Us. Revenge is not gonna sell albums. Edited November 1, 2017 by Mediabase
