I wish my faves put as much effort into their performance as Taylor. She’s making sure her brand isn’t hurt. What’s the issue with that? Males have been clogging up the charts with relatively low streaming/downloads so I’m glad Taylor might top pop radio

Songs have limped into the upper tier and had surge ALL the time. Y’all fake as **** :toofunny2:

Pop literally almost always start spamming the closest thing to a new #1. I’ve complained about it. If Taylor had started to collapse, Liam would be #1 for weeks.

Not all songs though....

Wasnt Demi getting ****ty updates for 2 months before suddenly starting to get huge updates including +2M updates in pop alone just near the album release week?

What a coincidence!

Demi's increase on radio was super organic, tho. It increased step by step every week until the point where radio DJ's noticed the song was well liked by the GP and spinned it more.

Taylor was receiving negative updates, and suddenly and miraculously, she started getting 300 spins and +2 million audience in one day.

Those updates look very inorganic. :celestial5:

Swifties should be very happy Big Machine trusts and invests so much in their fave, though. That's a good sign they are still fighting. :celestial5:

Sure, only a matter of luck that the explosion was in the release week, label was not pushing it at all :ahh:

They are just spending money to make it a no1 on POP even just for a week. They are specifically targeting pop stations. Such a sudden explosion on POP would translate to some modest gains on HOT AC and Rhythmic too if it was natural, but in this case the song is decreasing. The song had literally almost negative bullet a few days ago.

What makes it even more fishy is whats going on in other countries. It has collapsed everywhere. Especially, let's look at the Canadian Top40 radio chart. Usually, it is identical to the US one. Taylor is in free fall already down to no16.

Huh? Nah, it was getting great updates for the two weeks prior to the album release. Also the song was top 10 for spotify and itunes for month, so i don’t get what you mean??? Stations finally realising the song had legs and that the GP liked it + it’s good callouts explain why it started getting great updates, there’s literally nothing to shade about that.

Who is shading?

Label pushing the song during release week and putting in in power rotation is absolutely normal thing

The pressed sould sin here pretending like if what is happening to LWYMMD has never happened before are the ones shading

I just put it as an example, doesnt mean its a bad thing

Huh? Not every hit is payola fueled, what kind of logic... the song was slaying on other metrics, makes perfects sense for it to explode on radio once it stopped spinning the summer songs.

Huh? The song is actually now way lower in both spotify and itunes than it was weeks ago

Why does it make sense for it to explode now?

It did not expolde now, it’s been three weeks and the updated have slowed down this past week reflecting it’s fall on the other metrics. Nice try!

Girl what are you talking about? Do you see the top radio songs? Nial, Liam, Charlie and Shawn are topping it despite the songs being very low in the rest of metrics, radio doesnt need to reflect or metrics

Demi updates are lower because they were huge last week and she has now big rolling effect, not because "its falling in other metrics"

Sure Jan. Demi is far from peaking but the song’s success is definitely not a case of payola, not everyone is Taylor
