The help request system is currently down and has been since the software update concluded on December 23rd. If you have attempted to contact us using the help request form since then, we have not received it. 

 

If the matter is private and urgent, you may contact a member of staff. For any other inquiries, please use ATRL HQ by clicking here.

 

If you are banned and can't do any of these, it's what you deserve you can try contacting our Twitter account.
