You are wrong because you think promotion only encompasses live performances and interviews. Promotion encapsulates anything Taylor's label purchases and organises to popularize her and Reputation. Although she has not given much live performances and interviews, she has well and truly utilised other types of promotion that overcompensate the lack of performances/interviews.

This includes: TV ads around the globe, partnering with UPS to advertise the Reputation album cover on delivery trucks and ensuring the album is delivered on time of release day to customers and creating multiple associated promotional videos, developing a unique Ticketmaster system that is tailored around Reputation, hosting multiple secret sessions, promoting the secret sessions on Good Morning America, partnering with AT&T to create a series of videos about Reputation, premiering New Years Day on ABC's Scandal, airing that performance on the DUFF's air of Freedom, promoting Reputation on a racecar, partnering with ABC to use LWYMMD as a soundtrack for TV ads that promote its TV shows, partnering with College Football to create TV ads that use LWYMMD as the soundtrack, developing a social media mobile application called "The Swift Life", creating exclusive deals with Target to promote Reputation include POS stands tailor towards the album and the massive magazine gimmick, heavy radio payola, music videos that exceed the budgets of her previous music videos, making Ready For It the official theme song for American Football, and probably a lot more I missed.

You're missing the part where in most cases those companies paid her to be associated with them, and not the other way around.

So even though, being on a Scandal commercial for example, counts as promo, it was a promo she was paid to do :cm:

Didn't one of the chart predictors say Demi's and Fonsi's new song is going to debut inside top 20? What happened? :rip::cries:

Surprised at Echame La Culpa debuting too low. I thought it could go top 30.

Are the YouTube views very global?

He looked at global YouTube numbers and assumed a normal / bit higher than normal US ratio

7% are from the US

Top 30 was pretty much impossible. But thought it could sneak into top 40. Had it at #43 in my final numbers

The views of Demi and Fonsi are extremely non-local, I for sure thought it’d debut higher. That’s crazy. The follow-up of one of the biggest songs of the decade debuting not even in the Top 40 with crazy views and a decent iTunes position. :rip:
