I'm really interested to see who's going to come out on top next week. Post is higher on Apple Music/Spotify and ITunes than Cardi, however Cardi's YouTube streams almost triples his plus she's higher on radio. I'm rooting for Cardi to get one more week :duca:

If they implement that new weighting of YouTube streams thing or whatever it is, it could work out in Cardi’s favor.

I’m not sure if that’s a real thing though, I only read part of the article, so I might be wrong about that being a possibility.

The youtube thing is about its streams being incorporated into BB200 chart, I don't think it impacts Hot 100 formula since it's already counted there.

Updated predictions:

1. rockstar (+1)

2. Bodak Yellow (-1)

5. Thunder (+2)

6. Feel It Still (=)

7. Despacito (-2)

8. Sorry Not Sorry (=)

9. Unforgettable (+2)

10. Mi Gente (-7)

Post Malone has the golden formula right now. Whether or not this translates into him becoming a long term household name superstar ala Drake remains to be seen, but he's THE sound of the moment right now. "Rockstar" will go #1 for sure.

Ah okay. I thought HDD said something else as well, must have misread.

Thanks!

No you read correctly. It was about lowering YouTube on the Hot 100. That Spotify and Apple Music streams count more, but it's absolutely nothing concrete yet.

And if they do that it would hurt Cardi a lot, not help her...

How come LWYMMD is predicted to increase on hot 100 when it's so low on Spotify and its sales is also declining? It doesn't even have impressive YT views as of now.

Like a Fetty Wap?

Post Malone is already bigger than Fetty Wap ever was, has more industry support, is more versatile in terms of style and lyrics. He will easily outdo Fetty Wap.

Love Post Malone but no, not yet. Let's not forget Fetty had one of the biggest hits of 2015 along with two other top 10's & a #1 Platinum album.

Post Malone just had a brand new single debut at #2 on the Hot 100. He's already bigger, it's undeniable.

Fetty Wap was a fad that lasted one year. Post Malone has only gotten bigger. He’s more comparable to like T. Pain.

You can rise a position while dropping in points if something else falls more (Mi Gente this time)

The gap to everything behind that was still fairly big but that gap is disappearing now

I can't wait for 'Revenge" to hit #1 in these coming weeks :alexz2:

Post Malone lasted more than one era, keeps getting bigger and actually has fans so no
