Filpo Posted January 4 Posted January 4 4th most streamed artist in the world as we speak, nothing went wrong.
CherieMoon Posted January 5 Posted January 5 (edited) Well... between the cellphone incident and him dating Kendall, I don't know which one made it worse for him. In my opinion, as a latina/boricua, these things are what went wrong for him. The way people were calling him a sellout everywhere here, also his own country so... He's still very well loved here, don't get me wrong but I've heard of people getting bored of him and seeing him as just another self-absorbed celebrity. We value humbleness here a lot, so yeah not a good thing. If you ask me, I never liked him. Zero talento, lo siento, pero le hace falta sabor y sentimiento en su musica. We need more versatility in reggaeton/trap, so long we're getting nothing, just bland uninspired music. And this is coming from someone who lives in Puerto Rico and hears about him everywhere all the time, I still don't like him. I do like him as a person tho and the things he has done for our country and our government. That's why I only call him by his real name Benito and not Bad Bunny. Edited January 5 by CherieMoon

Wicked Posted January 6 Posted January 6 What do you mean what went wrong, he just dropped arguably his best album The album seems to be doing well, he's #3 in the global digital artist chart on Kworb.
Relampago. Posted January 6 Posted January 6 DTMF is top 2 in his discography, I think he'll be fine 1

Under a standard tracking period this would be like 70M or less That's a 50% fall from his last album Is not wrong to admit some artists has lost their momentum…

Maybe its time for the Shakifans and Bad Bunny fans to be besties A collab of Bad Bunny and Shakira would be a certified Nr1/5/10 In the Hot 100 with the power of both fanbases. A hot Bilingual Summer Smash with High Budget Video. Edited January 7 by AvadaKedavra

An album released on a Sunday isn't gonna break records in the first place but this proves there's still a strong market for him and this album has had more of a positive reception. These are good numbers no matter how much ATRL is gonna spin this. 3
MatiRod Posted January 7 Posted January 7 He's still huge and will still get big hits, but it's hard to replicate Un Verano Sin Ti-level success. Popular music is like fashion, and people eventually want something new, if not a brand new artist then a new sound from established artists. You've got to evolve constantly. Which is good, that's the point of art. 2
Mick Posted January 7 Posted January 7 welp, I guess this album won't be out debuting his previous by the looks of it. not really surprising though.
ArtDeco Posted January 7 Posted January 7 He stopped clout chasing and queer baiting now he's irrelevant 1
