Space Cowboy Posted Monday at 02:11 AM Posted Monday at 02:11 AM (edited) I hope this thread doesn't come across as insensitive. I just want to hear your opinions and discuss this matter. Jay-Z has been accused of the rape of a minor, a serious and deeply troubling allegation if true. However, at this stage, it remains an accusation, and the trial will ultimately determine the outcome. How do you think this accusation will affect Beyoncé? Will she choose to cancel or postpone the yet-to-be-announced Cowboy Carter tour? Will she cancel act III? Could this permanently damage her reputation with the general public and within the industry? Will she be snubbed at the grammys? Do you think she will divorce him if he's found guilty? tshwark Posted Monday at 02:50 AM Posted Monday at 02:50 AM Only fans in denial can't see that there's something twisted about Jay Z, and Beyoncé has a media shield that prevents the issue from being exploited in mainstream media. 10
Popular Post Pikachoo Posted Monday at 02:56 AM Popular Post Posted Monday at 02:56 AM Beyonce knew about this all along. she knew how evil he was and yet still married him and had his children. she sang about how beautiful their love is, how freaky she wants to get in bed with him, how any women should back off because Jay is her man. she tried to make us believe that Jay was this saint and a man worth fighting for. she is just as complacent. Queen Bey? more like Queen Beyzlebub. she needs a divorce, extensive therapy, get those children away from that thing, and turn herself in ala Crime and Punishment. 4 2 23
TouchinFree Posted Monday at 02:58 AM Posted Monday at 02:58 AM (edited) Alot. I mean something like this even as an "allegation" these days gets you entirely cancelled. I love Bey but I don't believe that you can live with someone for 2 decades be "unaware". In fact I deeply believe ( just a feeling/opinion) that she might be even strongly complicit. And not in this case. Also this will affect EVERYONE. Literally. Just watch. Diddy was the main/first domino..... I mean daddy's case is so deep rooted it is related to MJ and there was a list published with lots of people on it which most of didn't take as seriously. Half of that list is already checked lol. Oprah is also imminent i believe. Edited Monday at 03:00 AM by TouchinFree 1

Cheers Posted Monday at 03:10 AM Posted Monday at 03:10 AM It will affect her. Look at JLO catching strays for Diddy and Nicki catching strays for Kenneth. 4
Bethenny Frankel Posted Monday at 03:11 AM Posted Monday at 03:11 AM We might never know if Bey knew or was complicit in any of this, but that doesn't really matter to me. It matters how she does her actions going forward, she needs to leave this man once and for all, standing by him right now would be career suicide. 4
Saintlor Posted Monday at 03:11 AM Posted Monday at 03:11 AM I wonder if the rumored tour will still go ahead

TipToe Posted Monday at 03:40 AM Posted Monday at 03:40 AM I know some people are rooting to see her being jailed with him but in reality she's a separate entity and can't be blamed for his actions unless it's proven she actively made part of the things he's accused of. That said, she can't continue the marriage if everything turns out to be true and if she stand by him it will be career suicide. But i believe she's gonna deal with all this very quietly and will carry herself with dignity so forget any public drama/tabloid-y spetacle... she's smarter than that. 6 2
KKW Posted Monday at 03:51 AM Posted Monday at 03:51 AM (edited) It will only affect public perception of her (as people have been itching to have something on her that's substantial) but outside of that, she will be fine. The Hive is too big to let her fail and she's very selective about when she speaks so there will be less attention on it (in relation to her) as time goes on Edited Monday at 03:51 AM by KKW 4

Bhabylon Posted Monday at 04:02 AM Posted Monday at 04:02 AM I feel like conservatives are gonna politicize this, and somehow pin the blame on Beyonce as a way to undermine her reputation and the causes she supports 4

HausOfPunk Posted Monday at 04:17 AM Posted Monday at 04:17 AM It all depends on whether she was complicit, and what she does next. If we find out she was complicit, her career is over. If she wasn't complicit, but decides to stand by her man, her career is still over. If she is a victim too, then she could come out of this relatively unscathed as long as she files for divorce ASAP.
