Are you shocked to learn that Kesha wrote Joyride with one of Dr Luke's inner circle?

TLDR: your fave unabashedly stated that she believes Kesha and another woman lied about being raped and abused by Luke, publicly showed love to a racist YouTuber who was responsible for causing innocent trans people to get harassed, has been accused of being a mean girl on sets and has been deemed difficult to work with, and has been accused of trying to blacklist her former songwriting partner after she tried to come forward about Kim's ex boyfriend assaulting her, yet you have an issue with Paris being problematic?

There?

It's a good thing Katy worked with Luke. She indefinitely ended hers and his career. No one will now wanna work with a flop producer

Because I've never once defended Mariah in a moral sense and simply just enjoy the music, unlike the way Bunheads here (like yourself) try to defend Kim saying Kesha lied about being raped and how Katy Kats here try to defend her working with the man who raped her former friend. If the average Katy Kat on this forum was just like "Yeah Katy is a **** person with no morals and is clearly okay with rape but I'm gonna seperate the art from the artist" that would be acceptable, but all the 6 Kats on here jump through hoops trying to defend her making one of the most disgusting decisions a pop girl has ever made.

So wait, you are saying that you've stated that Mariah is ok with rape but hey you just enjoy the music ?

I mean if she willingly worked with R. Kelly and Dr. Luke despite knowing both of them are rapists then…yes? It's a seperate the art from the artist situation. The difference between me and Katy Clowns/Bunheads is that I'm not jumping through hoops trying to find a way to defend someone employing known rapists given that I know it's a morally reprehensible thing to do, whereas I feel like @GardenPantyis one slip away from admitting they think Kesha lied about being raped.

It goes both ways. It can't be not a problem when Katy or Kim do it but a big issue when Kesha works with somebody who has a distant professional connection to him.:clack:

The point the OP is trying to make is that Madison works for Dr. Luke, how is this different than Katy working with him? :rip:

I'm confused.. One is a literal direct connection and the other is indirect? They're not the same??

Kesha has been forced to work for Luke for years. Why would she abandon some of the good people she met through the years just because they have connections or contracts with him?

Please point out the part of my post where I said it was a big issue. I simply said I was shocked.

It's obvious the rhetorical argument you were trying to make here and playing innocent won't change the fact that the argument is hypocrisy.

I'm a Katycat and have tanked hundreds of downvotes on this website respectfully voicing my opinion that we shouldn't hold women accountable for the crimes of evil men. But it's either shocking to have a professional working connection with puke or it isnt.

I mean kesha was under dr luke for years so she's bound to have made friends with other people under him. She probably knows much better than you who has actual ties to him and who is just under contract.

Regardless it's not going to change the fact that katy willingly worked with the man himself, sought him out specifically for her "dream team" to have a smash era, and now she's flopping so hard she'll be used as an example of how to ruin your career.

Literally the only songs in common this songwriter has to Dr. Luke are the ones where she worked with Kim Petras.

Everyone who wants to work with Kim for Kim music has to indirectly/directly work with this man. Did you mention that in your clickbaity thread, Miss Woman's World would be a #1 with DWAS level of playlisting?

We don't care. Katy, Kim, and Luke are ******* talentless & over.

Katy never said anything about having a "smash era". She said she wanted to make a certain type of album, and she made it. She never said she expected to smash.

I'm sure she brought back the long black hair, #KPSEX, generic beats and lyrics, Dr. Luke, high-budget music videos and radio deals for her "arts, not the charts" era!

glad to hear she's managing expectations for herself. however, running back to the only producer that gave her hits kind of screams "I want a smash era again" even if she doesn't outwardly say that. I'd buy the "I wanted to make a certain kind of album" bit if she worked with any new or interesting producers or did anything interesting/experimental with her music but so far it seems very generic, very safe house inspired pop music.

What exactly makes her "inner circle"? I see 4 credits she shares with him from 2019-2022 with a lot of other different co-writers. To me, that suggests her publisher was shopping tracks she worked on around and they got picked up by artists who ended up working with Luke to produce. I doubt she's even been in the same room with him and she probably didn't have any real say in whether or not the song could be used.

Shes had long black hair since When im gone came out. Where are these high budget videos ? Also she didn't have a deal. WW impressions peaked at 9 million in week one, if that was a deal, she needs to ask for a refund.

My bad, I don't really care enough about her music to keep tabs on stuff like that. I just know luke is behind most of TD era.

Still, running back to the producer who gave you most of your hits is kind of screaming "I want a smash era again". Which is really tragic, there are so many more talented producers out there that could give Katy the "album she wanted" but now she's stuck with an era that's backfiring on her and there's not even interesting music to show for it. It's really a shame because people were excited for a new Katy era and the stars were aligning for her, but she threw it all away.

Doing "damage control" by trying to tear down a survivor of sexual assault is not going to magically make Katy successful again. Just sit down, be quiet, and enjoy your generic pop album in peace and pray that next era people forget about the 143 era.

None were as massive as her Luke penned smashes bffr. :rip: There's a reason why a certain subsection of online twinks tweet **** like "wE wAnT dR. LUke BoPs!!11" when it comes to both Katy and Kesha :rip: He was the biggest hitmaker during her hay-day and she ran back to him in attempt to bank on the nostalgia train. I mean for god sake she testified in court that the only reason she didn't work with Luke on Hitless was due to the allegations :rip: She was ITCHING to work with him the moment him and Kesha would reach a settlement.

Mind you, Paris Hilton has an EXTREMELY problematic past (which I just made a thread about, btw.)

so then would you ask kim what her deal is with having a song (below) with Paris?
