KK_Lover Posted August 12 Posted August 12 (edited) The real question is…who cares about what atrl think ? Edited August 12 by KK_Lover 1
єѕℓαм Posted August 12 Posted August 12 I actually used to like her but after purposefully choosing to work with that abuser over and over again it made me realize how fake she really is with zero morals so the answer is **** no 1 1
stevyy Posted August 12 Posted August 12 I love her so much. The two new songs are epic. <3 ATRL has shown that a lot of the members here have some serious self-esteem issues. It's one thing to dislike a pop tune... it's another to attack her dignity. It's my opinion and I'm gladly taking 2000 dislikes for it. Challenge accepted. 1 2 1

Tropez Posted August 12 Posted August 12 If she manages to get a few hits. Yes they will. Because Atrl switches like 🚬
The7thStranger Posted August 12 Posted August 12 She needs to grow and change for that to happen. Shouting "THIS IS A WOMAN'S WORLD AND YOU'RE LUCKY TO BE LIVING IT" in 2024 at an audience keenly aware that she co-wrote the song with an alleged rapist was not a good way her to gain new fans or recall ones who walked away in the first place. How exactly is anybody supposed to feel lucky to be living in a world where women are having their rights taken away from them? What are we supposed to relate to? Who was that song for?
wastedpotential Posted August 12 Posted August 12 There was more goodwill for her in the leadup to WW than I've ever seen for her on this website. It did seem like people were actually on board until the song (and credits) came out and it became a giant joke. Then, after a month of humiliation, it seemed like she was building a bit of goodwill with the Lifetimes snippets, only for that to also be a panned flop Dr. Luke song. KatyCats and their weird attitudes and nasty takes around Luke and his crimes certainly haven't helped things. Ultimately, I can bop to Last Friday Night and also be happy enough if Katy never releases another new song, and I think most non-Kats feel similarly. 3
itsnotaegg Posted August 13 Posted August 13 two things need to happen: 1. She needs to make a statement about Dr.Puke and apologize 2. She needs to stop flopping

If she apologizes for working with a misogynistic body shamer and alleged rapist later down the line, maybe. That would at least be a start so that the healing can begin. 1

Archetype Posted August 13 Posted August 13 Most of this forum was rooting for her. If she came back with another NRO, or something actually risqué and boundary pushing, things would be very different.

mercurialworld Posted August 13 Author Posted August 13 everyone missing the fact that i linked six news sources to back up my facts of her flopping

dumbsparce Posted August 13 Posted August 13 Maybe in 15 years when she has her Believe moment since her TEOM never came to fruition
Pop_Music_Lover Posted August 13 Posted August 13 if she ever gets her success back, ofc... everyone will be stanning
