For reference, Renaissance spent its first 38 weeks on chart, Lady Gaga's Artpop exited after 16 weeks, Joanne after 20 weeks and Chromatica after 21 weeks and Katy Perry's Witness departed after 14 weeks. This happens after Texas Hold Them became Beyoncé's longest running #1 in the country as well. So, what went wrong? Is Cowboy Carter officially a flop? She should have committed to the genre and gave an album full of THEs.
