Likingstars Posted June 11 Posted June 11 ATRL hated it when it first released so ofc it would become a smasha 7
Støned Posted June 11 Posted June 11 I just gave her discography a listen, a I think she's a very promising artist. Hope she can sustain this momentum throughout her breakout era. Is she still eligible for Best New Artist even if she debuted back in 2015?
Julián Posted June 11 Posted June 11 It will never not send me how ATRL is ALWAYS wrong about everything So happy for her. She's here to stay Hard work paid off. 3 8

That real hit that gets outstreamed by album tracks. We see how those "hits" fare on the Hot 100 once the variant/discount supply run dry! OT: Please please please let this be a sign for more organic hits for females this year Edited June 11 by bad guy 1
aesthetic bih Posted June 11 Posted June 11 I'm so sorry I doubted you PPP! I'll amend my wrongs by streaming you a couple of times this week! Anyway, the "autoplay" allegations aged like milk (unless, AM has autoplay as well that I didn't know about nnn)
CocoPouf Posted June 11 Posted June 11 (edited) I am so happy to have another girl sashing this year (besides Taylor and Billie, and I love Taylor and Billie smashing tho). **** that homophobic disgusting guy with a Houdini song. The only Houdini I know is by Dua Lipa <3 Edited June 11 by CocoPouf
Digitalism Posted June 11 Posted June 11 Who is going to make the thread about Sabrina having 2 real hits from the same era in a couple of months and Taylor not being able to do it during her peak. Has Sabrina surpassed her in the hits department or is it what the Pet shop boys guy said? 1 3

Feanor Posted June 11 Posted June 11 That's huge. Some artists couldn't even crack the top 5 on AM with their latest single and here's Sabrina with two top 5s simultaneously. There is no autoplay on Apple, so you need real organic demand to chart this high, which Sabrina seems to have. 1

I have seen many obsessed with Taylor but you certainly take the cake If you think Taylor or her team care more about hits you have lost it. They just care about how many weeks they can have it at #1 and then move on ( literally what they did with AH and CS as well) Taylor songs do great nonetheless. Releasing 21 songs simultaneously is very different than singles rollout but you clearly have agenda to pedal. TTPD is consumed as whole album , I think she is more than fine.
popstyle Posted June 11 Posted June 11 (edited) I fee so bad for Dua she seems forgotten. Sabrina is taking over. Edited June 11 by popstyle

I never really expected her to sustain popularity in the states. Shes not totally over though, just maybe already peaked.

She still has so much room to be a household name here in the U.S. 1
