You could make an argument for DIL, but I don't see its album tracks (bar the title track) being discussed that much.

taylor has for sure 3 maybe even 4 but for katy it's obviously just td

I'd like to make a case for the Who's That Girl soundtrack because it was released during her peak and both singles that were released from it were massive hits. Plus, it gave birth to a massive record breaking stadium tour. And Gen X remembers that time fondly. O

Mariah has a lot. Not even sure how to narrow it down. 
 

Without a doubt at least Butterfly, Emancipation of Mimi, Daydream, Merry Christmas, Music Box. I think you could argue her debut being one of the best popular debuts of all time as well.

 

And then there is her remix album since her remixes are essential 90s work.

she could get another with Ultraviolence if it keeps becoming iconic and also Ocean Blvd might become a classic like NFR! did. 

This place has a very... loose interpretation of the word "classic".
