One has to wonder what's the point of a Democrat president if he let's red states try and literally assasinate his own young voters for being genocide.

Well at least we don't have to worry about democracy being "on the ballot". We don't have one to speak of.

Democracy doesn't preclude the rule of law.

That's called anarchy.

Doesn't sound like you thought this one through. I can tell you prolonged thinking precludes thoughtless opinions like this, you should try it sometime.

And I'm sure you coming here to ***** at members has made all the difference in their lives.

Genuinely, what the **** is wrong with you? Does being a contrarian online really fulfill you this much that your response to knowing there are Palestinian members on here, who have already spoken about their trauma, is to attempt to lambast the people who support them? The argument of "well what is commenting online doing" is so beyond ridiculous because you have no way of knowing of what people are doing in real life. And besides, is commenting in support of Palestinians and those who are protesting does nothing, then what the hell does you trolling help?

Yes, after all, we know ~the rule of law~ is fair, honest, heaven-sent, and bound for all eternity.

If you were a character in a movie, studio execs would ask for it to be re-written for being too much of a caricature of upper middle class American yuppies.

If these protestors were characters in a movie, studio execs would can the film cause audiences would be confused why students are demanding a private university divest from FAAMNG stock.

Democracy in the USA is dead. Throw the whole country in the trash and start over.

The way that Kassi and GhostBox's entire presence on here is just them over and over doing some performance of:

I'll leave the thoughtless opinons to those who are well practiced. Where I come from, we do this thing called deductive reasoning.

For example, based on snipers typically being deployed for presidential inaugurations, major sporting events, and parades, combined with the unfortunately high occurrence of mass shootings in the US, I can deduce that the snipers are part of a larger security detail aimed at keeping the protest in order.

This is too nuanced. Just tell them who the good guy is and who the bad guy is as emotionally as possible, and if they bring up any thought-out points say they support genocide and/or fascism.

Sounds like you don't do much deductive reasoning either as these protests are already peaceful until police are dispatched and agitate them. Damn, is being an idiot all you can do?

I know being a ghoul who has previously said you think Israel has a religious divine right to kill Palestinians is your thing, but you should be able to read, let alone on a web page you've provided a screenshot with. "Quickly explain". Mama, the little gray box on the side means you can scroll on the website.

Microsoft's cloud computing service, Azure, is used in the Israeli Ministry of Defense and Israeli Civil Administration's (ICA) app "Al Munaseq." This app is used to tracks Palestinian's names, geo location, IP addresses and all files on their devices.

Quote

Microsoft also provides programming courses and hackathons for the Israeli military, explicitly to aid Israel's military in the development of new military technology.

Quote

Since 2022, Microsoft has been contracted by the Israeli Police for well over $5,500,000 to provide them software services and products. The company has also been contracted to provide software services for the Israel Prison Service for over $4,500,000.

Quote

In 2021 Amazon and Google split a 1.2 billion contract with the Israeli government to develop the Nimbus Project. The project will provide cloud infrastructure to all branches and units of the Israeli government including Israeli military, police, prison services, and land authority. As a part of the contract Google and Amazon are forbidden from denying service to specific government entities, which includes those actively violating the rights of Palestinians.

Quote

In October 2021, more than 390 employees at Google and Amazon published a statement demanding both companies reject the Nimbus Project contract, stating the Nimbus Project, "allows for further surveillance of and unlawful data collection on Palestinians, and facilitates expansion of Israel's illegal settlements on Palestinian land."

"How is the world made better by punishing a corporation for actively accepting business contracts with military ministries on the development of prison systems and geolocation software for apartheid??"

Damn, we're protesting the three biggest software companies in the world now too :deadbanana2:

I used Microsoft Excel today and searched on Google and placed an order on the Amazon app - I'm the Columbia school protestors' biggest enemy right now!

Mama, this is delusional. Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud — they're the entire internet infrastructure.

Do you realize how insane this sounds to regular people?

From "and what do these protestors even want from these companies???" to "so you're demanding companies just NOT sell products to a militarized state???" in 5 seconfs.

Anyway, America's professors are being brutalized via a police state in defense of the Israeli terrorist regime:

Any good conscious liberal should want and seek nothing less than the total dissolution of the state of Israel.

It's clear Israel should have no right to exist and its existence as an inherently fascist apartheid state promotes global instability.

Shame on any Democrat who puts a foreign terrorist state like Israel before their own citizens and voters.

Back in the 70s, support for the Vietnam War actually gained strength among non-conscription age Americans because they hated the student protestors and wanted them drafted and shipped out of sight.

Being anti-war was only popular among young people. Older Americans have always found student protests to be an abominable inconvenience and an eyesore that needed to be cracked down on. That's why Kent State happened. That's why government officials from both parties are calling for it now.

True! Civic unrest by college students had a massive impact in the Vietnam war

Quote

There was a great deal of civic unrest on college campuses throughout the 1960s as students became increasingly involved in the Civil Rights Movement, Second Wave Feminism, and anti-war movement. Doug McAdam explains the success of the mass mobilization of volunteers for Freedom Summer in terms of "Biographical Availability", where individuals must have a certain degree of social, economic, and psychological freedom to be able to participate in large scale social movements. This explanation can also be applied to the Anti-War Movement because it occurred around the same time and the same biographical factors applied to the college-aged anti-war protesters.
