Attitude Posted February 18, 2023 Posted February 18, 2023 Y'all think seeing this in 3D is worth it?
kyris89 Posted February 18, 2023 Posted February 18, 2023 Do they give reports on how well/bad ticket sales are going?

I’m personally not going to, the only reason I would consider it is because it includes a little extra content (cast interviews, behind the scenes stuff, etc.) although, I watched the fan event for 5cream and it wasn’t really anything special. Plus, I kind of hate watching films in 3D.

Roman Holiday Posted February 18, 2023 Posted February 18, 2023 If Jenna survives, she’s for sure the new Sidney of the franchise. I like Melissa Barrera but Sam is just not that girl. She’s Victoria, Tara is Ariana.
Bloodflowers. Posted February 18, 2023 Posted February 18, 2023 Not Scream 6 having biggest opening weekend ever I know that fad Neve Campbell is banging her head on the wall because not only is she getting bigger paycheck, but she ain't getting no paycheck now at all when reality seetles in and we see she isn't needed at all. A 90s fad who holds no box office power in 2023, she really thoughT. Jenna Ortega on the other hand about to earn some nice coin for Scream 7

kyris89 Posted February 18, 2023 Posted February 18, 2023 Not now that it is most likely to smash at box office, everyone turning against Neve lol... She's still the queen and the heart of the franchise and always will be

Franchise has moved on and so should you all.
thatsmydemi Posted February 18, 2023 Posted February 18, 2023 They should've got Demi to perform on SNL the same day Jenna presents. That would've been perfect tbh.

I think they were planning on killing her off for shock value and that's why she wanted a bigger paycheck. Regardless, what's done is done.
Hurem Posted February 18, 2023 Posted February 18, 2023 Quote Scream VI’ Headed To Franchise Record Opening At Box Office EXCLUSIVE: Paramount and Spyglass Media’s Scream VI hit tracking today with what looks to be a franchise opening record of $37M stateside. The previous highest opening for a Scream movie was Scream 3 back in 2000 which debuted to $34.7M stateside. https://deadline.com/2023/02/box-office-scream-vi-jenna-ortega-1235262101/ As long as it doesn't do less than $30M, I'm happy
R`0`K`R Posted February 18, 2023 Posted February 18, 2023 I will not be seeing this in 3D. It wasn’t filmed with 3D in mind so it’s likely just going to be watching a movie with glasses on for 2 hours with minimal 3D effects. Also, hoping Demi’s flop song only plays when the credits scroll so we aren’t subjected to listen to it. @thatsmydemi

Chris Posted February 18, 2023 Posted February 18, 2023 The way Neve is getting literally getting ghostfaced in here. This might sound lazy but I kinda want not go to the theaters and watch it at home from some shady website. I want to be able to rewind parts for some reason. Am I doing the most? Plus the weather sucks.

I’m so upset I won’t be able to see it in a Dolby (at least not on opening day) but I was able to find a theater with reclining/comfortable seats for March 9 so I’m happy. That being said, seeing 5cream opening night in a Dolby was literally one of the best experiences of my life. It was the first Scream film I got to see in theaters and I was getting a little emotional lol

It's a struggle finding a Dolby theater that's showing Scream 6 though. They're also being used for Antman, Creed 3, and that 65 movie that opens the same week. The studio seems to be pushing 3D/4DX this time around.
R`0`K`R Posted February 19, 2023 Posted February 19, 2023 Neve Campbell has no others movies as big as Scream in her career and she will never book any future films of its caliber. The way she asked for more money for Scream 6 and they said NO.
