Peroxide Posted February 26 Posted February 26 Here’s how I would rank the girlies in 2024… everything factored in. 1. Taylor Swift (Big Gap) 2. Beyoncé (Yet another big gap) 3. Rihanna 4. Adele 5. Gaga 6. Ariana Grande 7. Billie Eilish 8. Dua Lipa 9. Miley Cyrus 10. Olivia Rodrigo 1
CallumDavies Posted February 26 Posted February 26 Rihanna obviously, her presence is huge despite her absence and if she came back the era is probably going to be huge 2
dussel_06 Posted February 26 Posted February 26 Taylor is just too huge to be compared. She’s peerless. 1
NEX Posted February 26 Posted February 26 I'd say Lana. The stealthy queen of the century. She will outlast most other pop girlies mentioned here. 1

I think Lana will continue to be a big album seller/touring artist for the rest of her days but her lack of big singles lets her down a bit.

Feanor Posted February 26 Posted February 26 Well in the "current era" Taylor is so far ahead of everyone else that you cant really form a trinity around her, at least on the women side. That being said, I do kinda think of Madonna, Beyoncé & Taylor as a "trinity" in the sense that each one of them established themselves as the indisputable top female artists from their respective generations of artists. 1
Trent W Posted February 26 Posted February 26 It’s Rihanna Beyonce has passed Rihanna overall too. But Rihanna can comeback anytime she wants to reclaim her spot But the 3 most powerful women in music are definitely Taylor, Beyonce and Rihanna. 1

Her evolution is impressive and Gaga-Riri are retired. Miley could take over I also feel like Ariana will have a second renaissance and respect from the gp if she finishes her relationship with spongebop Edited February 26 by AvadaKedavra

Triton Posted February 26 Posted February 26 Lol at Rihanna… Anyways, this trinity thing is stupid. A while back ATRL had a hard on for Britney/Gaga/Beyonce trinity and look how that went. 1
masochizm Posted February 26 Posted February 26 (edited) 10’s trinity: Rihanna, Beyoncé, & Gaga 20’s trinity: Doja, SZA, & Dua/Billie/Olivia I don’t consider *redacted* in any trinity, her pop moments don’t have as much impact on culture nor is anything she does remotely iconic. She’s just easily digestible for the masses. Edited February 26 by masochizm 1
KORDEI Posted February 26 Posted February 26 I don't buy into trinity nonsense but if we're talking the past few years, then the complete disregard for SZA on here is wild
Comedor Posted February 26 Posted February 26 There isn’t a third name. I’m not a fan or following Billie but it seems she’s doing well, so maybe she could complete the trinity in a few years from now.
FSXP Posted February 26 Posted February 26 I don’t think there’s a third name cause the media has practically pushed this Taylor/Beyoncé thing since last year so the idea of pop stardom atp is this them.
Pheromosa Posted February 26 Posted February 26 We don't need trinities. They don't feed off each other (well bey and tay briefly did) in anyway.
1989 Posted February 26 Posted February 26 The “trinity” talk is useless because Taylor is simply in a league of her own.
IsidoraMarí Posted February 26 Posted February 26 (edited) I agree that the Trinity is a laughable idea when there's the Taylor domination. But I still see Rihanna stomping on the rest with 1 album in the last 11 years. I don't see how she can be left out of this if it's a thing. Edited February 26 by IsidoraMarí 1
Phaunzie Posted February 26 Posted February 26 Obviously, it is Leona Lewis, she parted the seas, she slayed Cthulhu, she even ate a burrito. Like whom else is doing it like Leona. Truly the Idol, THE GODDESS OF MUSIC.
