It's beyond comprehension that Russia were (rightly so) kicked out of Eurovision for the invasion of Ukraine yet Israel are allowed to compete and the statement is "this isn't a political contest". Just say Israel funds you and you care more about the cheque. Beyond disappointing bc Eurovision is a highlight of the year for me but very hard to even watch it now
