I suggest everyone take an hour and a half of their time to watch this chilling 2019 film about the Great March of Return protests a year earlier. Watched it yesterday at an event hosted by the PSL (Party for Socialism and Liberation). It mostly focuses on the protests of 2018 at the border with excellent yet scary live footage. It left the room at a loss for words.

And YET the world is still seeing the truth DESPITE all of the censorship attempts and deliberate silencing of Palestinian journalists or any voices that do not support the Israeli narrative. Millions are being spent on propaganda and they're still pulling every possible string they can because they know that they're losing the PR battle.

Yup. Palestine/Gaza was sold and now Palestinians will be murdered en mass while we can just watch.

It’s like they don’t understand majority of people are seeing this for what it is: a genocide and are standing for Palestine as a result. They’ve completely lost control of the narrative and the more control they lose, the more brutal their attacks become.

This whole disaster made me think how truly the world works no matter how we speak how we march how we support they are not doing a damn thing they will do what they want. Is what we are doing not enough? What can we do to make these bastards stop I’m disgusted

Ok? And how does that contradict the tweet I posted? :rip:

This has been heralded as the largest attack on the Jewish people since the Holocaust. It would be pretty embarrassing if nearly half of that loss of life was from friendly fire, especially after Netanyahu and Biden bearhugged each other in public and tried to garner sympathy to justify a disproportionately larger revanchist campaign against the Palestinian civilians, openly lying about there being 40 babies that were beheaded and baked in ovens. :skull:

Nearly 1/7 of the death toll claimed on day 1 had to be clawed back by the Israel government because, actually, it turned out that 200 of the bodies that were charred beyond recognition were Hamas fighters immolated by IDF fire.

Better late than never. But it depends on what they define as "sanctions", if it only includes VISA bans then it likely not do much but at least it'll scare the Israeli government for further escalation.

What are targeted sanctions on individual settlers going to do? That sounds like an extremely toothless threat, especially since they're going to still  be under the express protection of the Israeli government. :ahh:
