The number of dead people in that hospital could be a single digit number or two at most. Being for the annexation of Ukraine to Russia would imply that he would support Israel as well. Israel is not defending itself from an occupier, it IS the occupier and the Russia of this scenario. In this case he is against the occupation of Palestine by Israel who is actively committing war crimes as we speak. If you support Ukraine you should support Palestine.
