Oh wow, I didn’t know Hamas terrorists are also keeping water away from Palestines. Great move from Israel to prevent Hamas getting water to stop them from making rockets.

Your trolling at the expense of lives doesn’t even make sense. Israel committing a war crime by blockading access to clean water doesn’t make pipes disappear. Genocidal creep.

You realize that the alternative is Trump and he will actually bomb Gaza, right? Y’all make zero sense.

Sorry. You can't have it both ways. You can't call for the destruction of a population but then realize doing this has essentially sealed that Democrats lose Michigan in November 2024.

Biden can choose to stand with the Butcher of Gaza or with Palestinians. He's clearly made his choice and all ramifications are on him.

Israel is apparently worth denting the Democratic base coalition for.

Let alone these discussions are superfluous. Palestinian parents are picking up the body parts and limbs of their children while liberal Americans perform election jenga in their heads over what minority group is better to insult and how much gaslighting will equal one vote.

Massive deflection and word salad to distract from the fact that you literally stated that “most American Jews are most definitely genocidal.” I’m not particularly interested in your attempts at whataboutism when you clearly hold a deeply entrenched disdain for American Jewry at large. Have a lovely day

Many posts in here and becoming very much antisemitic whether they realize it or not

I think a lot of people have a hard time recognizing that

Hamas =/= Palestinians
Orthodox Jews =/= Israeli Zionists

which is ABSOLUTELY insane considering the importance this has in a situation like this

Respectfully, I see your point, but the Egyptian's parliament's stance on this has not been "No, they cannot come in"

It has been "No, the people of Gaza should not have to be displaced, and shoved out of their land. Let us send our aid in"
Even more so, the Egyptians' willingness to distribute aid AMIDST a conflict in their neighboring territory, is more than many other countries are offering right now.

I think this situation has proved even more we all need to wait till the facts come out before jumping the gun and accusing either side of something.

It would also be a good time for Palenstine or Hamas or who ever is in charge there  to release their evidence that Israel did it. If they have it.   It should be released

I stopped following the r/worldnews live thread because the astroturfing was just too much

That subreddit is literally filled with pro Israel propaganda, all the comments are instantly defending them.

It's kind of frustrating to listen to the US and other leaders bad faith stance regarding Israel. They keep saying "we stand with israel and defeat hamas", It's as empty as war on terror. While that sounds good on paper, the core issue is the apartheid state that the Palestinians are living in. Hamas doesn't live in the west bank yet Palestinians are getting killed and attacked everyday there, 40 Palestinians were killed there just before October 7th. What is the explanation for that? So what happens after they are bombed to death? The Palestinians still won't be free and will live in an open air prison and martial law. THIS is what the fight is for. If the US isn't actively seeking a free Palestine, then they clearly support ethnic cleansing. And this is the most sinister part of it all because those of us with a brain and critical thinking skills can see right through it.

Israel went from claiming the attack, to blaming hamas, then blaming the islamic state, then saying they have a video (which was old), then saying they have proof via a phone call that hamas doesn't communicate with. Even the media called them out at the press conference and said you have lied many times before and they said, this time it's true. And they just accepted that answer.

Every data shows bombing terrorists groups have NEVER resulted in the end of the movement. There has to be a true path of peace and resistance from abuse moving forward.

I'm losing faith everyday.

Saw that user and reported it. That’s unacceptable

While this is still very tragic and should never happen. Someone definitely lied about the extent of the event and its casualties.

Also if this was Israel wouldn’t they have actually hit the hospital? They have advanced technology that would not have hit just the parking lot 🤷 it’s all so confusing.

Report for what? You keep talking about how the damage is miniscule and how happy of you about it although 400+ have been killed from the attack

U.S. just vetoed the resolution for a "Humanitarian Pause"

Every other country a part of this council was ready to compromise. U.S. is saying they will only agree if the charter makes note of "Israel's right to defend itself"

Disgusting.

I don’t like either side 💀

You don't care that millions of people live in the largest concentration camp that every human rights group has noted??

Even Albert Einstein cautioned what was happening before his death.

“Should we be unable to find a way to honest cooperation and honest pacts with the Arabs, then we have learned absolutely nothing from our 2,000 years of suffering and will deserve our fate.”

“The most important aspect of our [Israel’s] policy must be our ever-present, manifest desire to institute complete equality for the Arab citizens living in our midst. . . . The attitude we adopt toward the Arab minority will provide the real test of our moral standards as a people.”
