But now they are allowed to chart every single track at the same time in the charts. Even if they're free streaming or playlisted like a payola or discounted as hell. And they mix old artists' records and inflated to death current ones for all time records ranking . How rubbish and nonsense. Insinuating that her re-recorded albums are wrongly inflating her consumption is a complete misunderstanding of what they are and why they’re successful. Other artists could simply not do this. Taylor just had a song chart for a year (Anti-Hero) and Cruel Summer could chart even longer; in terms of whole albums, her longevity is the best in the entire industry. Shade over a few 2020 singles not charting that long is old and stale. Daily Mail comments are probably not a reliable indicator of what the average person thinks. ”Fake” streams usually can be, and often are, detected and filtered out by major companies like Spotify.
