During SOUR this site was flooded with new stans saying she replaced Billie and is the face of Gen Z. Where did they all go?  :soda:

she is still the face of gen z. vampire is still the bigger song compared to any hte singles.

I wasn’t aware vampire outstreamed HTE or even TIA

But since you have all the answers, how come the face of Gen Z’s highly anticipated major comeback single is basically getting the same daily streams as WWIMF?

The face of gen z that gets out streamed daily by Billie? How that works?

It's a song from a Billion dollar Barbie movie. Even Ryan Gosling got a hit out of a Barbie movie soundtrack :deadbanana4:

They cannot comprehend this fact. Vampire peaked higher in every metric without multiple versions unlike HTE, and has higher day to day comparable streams lol

Guts tanked so bad. But it's still outperforming HTE (that many ATRL consider a successful album) by miles in every metric even though Guts had shorter rollout, less singles and less songs. Anyway Olivia is poised to have the biggest touring gross by a Gen z act, the upcoming threads and fumes for that event will be fun to watch :gaycat5:

In the history books it was already written & decided that GUTS will be out of the top 10 after 7 weeks while SOUR doing 55, so Beyonnaise can make this thread in ATRL.

You're being controlled and the plan is going as it should.

:bibliahh:

OT:

Okayy? It's still a big era and it could've been way bigger if her label didn't completely drop it after release. The promotion of this album was so mid, and worse when you realize this was the same label that managed the clever marketing of SOUR. They didn't even hit the dart to begin with, let alone hit the target.

HTE (the song) is surely bigger than Vampire by most metrics even if it didn’t peak as high.

Exactly. I thought the past three years have revealed that peaks don't have the same significance as they used to but leave it to ATRL to keep forgetting.

I actually liked the album and listened a lot when it came out, but this thread just made me realise I haven't listened to a single song since the first week or two.

The multiple versions in question: 2 (one if you don't include the official song):rip:

ok. :deadbanana2:

He did not get a hit just for the sake of it :skull: So now you want to talk about 'WWIMF?' after being absent in all threads discussing its success? Otherwise, you're usually so excited to insert your opinion on any thread or post that mentions Billie (as evidently noticed here).  A very interesting trend of behaviour I must acknowledge ATRL user, krustysalt.

Nah. Sour was the perfect album. Slow ballads are what made her great.

It would've been really boring if she continued pursuing the ballad side of her music with her new album because that is what she has already done. She has shown a lot of potential in making great punk music and she should only go further in that direction :pancake:

What success? It was tanking before the Barbie movie came out and I acknowledged that its only chance for a boost is the movie premiere and I was right  :alexz2:

Vampire bigger :gaycat2:

Not you thinking you're a genie for expecting that when everyone (including her fans) had the same predicament :skull: It encapsulates the message of the movie in one scene, the people resonated with it, and then went back home to strihm it. That's how it works and nothing in that is non-organic. Billie continues to prevail with the Oscar potential nominee and the biggest hit from the soundtrack. Seethe :clap3:

That just shows Billie cannot carry a song by her name alone anymore. Guts tanked but HTE tanked harder. BTW, Barbie World and Dance the Night are bigger than that snoozefest :ducky:

GUTS has outsold HTE week for week in all of the respective albums’ first 7 weeks though :deadbanana2: the only reason Olivia is charting lower is stronger competition right now (2 Morgan Waller albums and 3+ Taylor albums taking up permanent residence in the top 10)

So if the single carrying the album was bigger, as you say, that’s even worse for Billie

She played it too safe I think. Sour was extremely overplayed and she took a long break so people were absolutely ready for something fresh. But Guts just gave Sour Deluxe, from the title, the songs, the cover, etc.

So it fails to generate much excitement.

Only in the US. GUTS WW performance is tragique. And I hope you as a Gaga stan would stay on the side of the global artist instead of the local one.

oooh you're FUMING :bibliahh: wwimf is the most acclaimed AND most daily streamed song off the Barbie album to this day. and if you wanna say that it was only successful because of the movie, why didn't ALL songs on that album smash like wwimf, bw and dtn did? FUME :bibliahh:

Ouu now Gaga’s old ass catching strays? I’m glad you recognize me, let’s talk about how both Gaga and Olivia achieved eras with multiple international smash hit singles. I feel like this is an achievement only main girls get!
