Not only daily streams but their overall performances as well. 

 

Lover is already bigger than any Beyonce song since IASF and it is showing better longevity too hence why it is (or shaping up to be) a bigger classic than any Beyonce song except 2-3

"Don't Blame Me" is not even close to being 10 years old, so no I don't claim it to be a classic compared to those songs that are all older than it (and some it hasn't even outstreamed). But if by 10-15 years time it still remains one of the 100 most consumed songs of its time, then there certainly would be an argument to claim it as a bigger classic. But that is a question that can only be answered in the future, unlike other, actually older Taylor Swift songs that do qualify as classics and have excellent streams that support their "classic"-status.

Bloody Mary is a 2022 single that is getting outstreamed by like 5 other Gaga singles from years ago including her 2008-2009 singles.

How are songs like Cardigan and Lover, also not close to being 10 years old, being touted classics already

Nope, Lover is already have like more UNITS than any Beyonce song since AISF. 

And weekly peaks have no meaning in the streaming era otherwise Willow is as big as I Knew You Were Trouble

No offense, but Rihanna songs generally have always had more and higher placements worldwide than Taylor's. And that's why FFS for instance can top charts in like ten countries and it was deemed an underperformance while the same result from Taylor would be deemed a great success. Streaming or no streaming. Also I doubt streaming had as much points in 2015 as it does in 2023.
